The clinic is not bad. The building is new and clean enough. The staff is mostly polite. The queues are not long, waiting from 10 minutes to 5 hours (citywide meetings are not uncommon here, the only clinic in the city after all..). The clinic itself is equipped with electronic queues in places (no arguments with grandmothers) and there are benches where to sit, even elevators are working. Comparing with other clinics I've been to, this one is the best. All the negativity is only from the people who crowd here.

During the medical examination, they sent me to the pre-medical center on the 1st floor, where I really liked the doctor who described the commission. A very nice girl, explained everything. She recommended a more convenient time for the tests. The flura is also very easy to pass, because the electronic queue makes it possible to choose the optimal time for admission.

A new room that inspires quality and the ability to be treated, but alas, not like this: the queues are huge, there are terribly few specialists, there are no coupons, they cannot close the sick leave. It would seem that we live in the 21st century, the age of technology, but here is the 20th century, papers are being lost, they can't look at anything in the database (they don't enter information about the patient), we need to run to the first polyclinic to see another specialist.
