How is this even possible??? I am generally silent about the severe shortage of specialists! You may have a ticket, for example, to a neurologist, or you will stand in line there, wait an hour, but the door will open in front of you and the doctor will say: sorry anyway, there is no more appointment for today, I am being called to the hospital, and you do what you want! Oh, and I almost forgot, the cherry on the cake - at the time of the spread of viruses, they made a separate entrance for patients with fever, and for the rest, everything seems to be beautiful and correct, BUT!!! Those without fever and without suspicion of infection, before getting to the doctor from another, so to speak, safe entrance, you need to PAY ATTENTION, go through the same door where people with suspected infection are sitting, and next to them, in the same corridor, stand in line at the registrar for a ticket! 2 queues in one small space - one to the registrar for the healthy, the second to the office with suspected viruses. This is not a clinic, but some kind of stand-up joke.

But a person gets used to everything, and we are happy with what we have. There are no questions for the staff, well done, the work is difficult and thankless, and personally I have never had to deal with something bad in our clinic. The only thing that doctors can change is to set the admission procedure.. People squabble forever, some on live, some on coupons.. I think once an hour the nurse could come out and loudly remind them that admission is based on coupons. It's difficult for people to solve this issue themselves...
