Dear management of this store. You can control the opening hours of your store and the fact that people from the other side of the city are traveling to make it, and the staff closes the doors at 18:20. This is not the first time. That the service on the second floor is terrible, they drain it just like that. Wait for it.. That's a day off, that's something else. It is easier to order the print from another location than from yours simply because of the deadlines. This is not a normal attitude towards customers.

So, the review will be multifaceted. I'll start with a good one. The person who prints clothes is a wonderful employee! I printed everything very quickly, I urgently ran to get the color I needed for printing, since they didn't have that, just the sun, I wish him all the best, he just saved me! The receptionist who worked on the days when I came to get a T-shirt is also the best, quickly got involved in my situation, raised everyone's ears and was able to solve the problem. And now about the bad stuff. I ordered the T-shirt 12 days before I received it. I immediately offered, "I need it to be ready in 3-4 days, I'm ready to pay at least 50, at least 100 lari (printing cost 20). They told me that it was impossible, not at all, it would be ready in 10 days and at least burst. I think OK, I need it at least for the next weekend, I was meeting the timings, but it was my MAXIMUM, and I warned about it. I come back 10 days later and the T-shirt is not ready. IN TEN DAYS. I almost burst into tears there, because I already needed her URGENTLY. The receptionist (as I understand it, this is already another one, not the one who accepted the order) immediately started calling everyone, apologized very much, raised everyone's ears, and said tomorrow 100% would be ready so that I could come by 11 a.m. I came to 12 the next day, I have an event an hour later where I REALLY NEED THIS T-SHIRT, CRITICALLY And they tell me that there is no purple color for printing, there is red, some other color, but these are all unsuitable colors, since purple is the color of the brand I ordered to print, no other color is suitable. An hour later, the event, I'm already standing and barely holding back tears. That's where the wonderful printing employee comes in. He apologizes and says that he only found out about this order yesterday and did not know that it was SO urgent. Question: WHAT DID THE ADMINISTRATOR WHO TOOK MY ORDER DO FOR 11 DAYS??? WHY WASN'T MY ORDER PUT INTO OPERATION AFTER SO LONG????? You could have found out that you didn't have the right color and made a T-shirt MUCH earlier! Because this golden man, who is engaged in printing, eventually ran to get the right color and printed everything in 15 minutes!! It took 15 minutes to print and 10 minutes to purchase the right color. WHY DID I WAIT TWO WHOLE WEEKS???????????????? If I have to contact this printing company again, I will immediately demand to talk to the employee who will deal with my printing, I will never trust the administrator again. I'll add to this, when I called to find out if the T-shirt was ready, on the 2nd floor (where they are doing this printing), after my question "gamardzhoba, do you speak Russian or u speak English maybe?" My call was simply DROPPED. I had to call to the 1st floor, where the staff at least immediately handed the phone to a Russian-speaking employee, and not just hung up. Well, for the sake of justice, I want to add that earlier, before this order, I applied to this printing house many times for printing business cards/certificates, etc., and everything was always in order and on time. The only thing that angered me was this incident with the T-shirt. The print on the T-shirt, by the way, came out very good, high-quality. And most importantly, it's very fast, if you count from the moment you paid attention to my order at all)))) To today's administrator and print specialist, I would like to thank you very much for your involvement, thank you!

Price-quality - couldn't be lower 85 GEL for making a notebook I wanted to make a party, but it's trash The money was naturally taken in advance We agreed on a white spiral, made a black one, said that there was no white one (a day ago they said that there was a white one). The protective plastic film is scratched and dented, as if the notebook had already been used (I asked for it to be replaced, but it was replaced with the same one. Apparently they keep it all sloppily and they basically don't care about it) Cutting was a nightmare, the back of the cover was also asked to be replaced, since the finished version was bent and uneven. It can be seen that they did it hastily and tore it off. The corrected version was brought in of the same poor quality, and when we asked "what's the money for?" both the woman and the man started yelling, classic When I got home, I counted the pages Instead of 80, it was 72, they probably still don't know how to count.
