On June 1, around 17:00, I was walking here with a friend, I often go to this place to buy merch and constantly leave good money here. But this time, when I was viewing the posters, when I lifted up a few pages to look at the next ones, the employee yelled at me for the perfect action. I saw a piece of paper saying that you can't flip through more than five posters at a time, so I didn't do it, but just lifted the pages to see if there were any posters I needed. I perfectly understand the complexity of working with clients and the possible nerves if this may not happen for the first time, but immediately yelling at a newly arrived client who didn't even do anything is the height of absolute rudeness. I'm not going to appear in this place anymore and spend money with a similar attitude, the mood on the holiday was greatly spoiled. Am I offended? Definitely. But she didn't. I have the right to do so. Staff violating other people's personal boundaries is not something I plan to tolerate.
