Обман с гарантией. Не желание вникать в суть проблемы. Хотя перед покупкой дали слово, что гарантия настоящая и проблем с ремонтом не будет. У мопеда был заводской брак. Привёз, оставил для выяснения. Позвонили и сказали, что потёк сальник, даже видео прислали. В гарантии отказали. Позже выяснилось, что сальник не течёт.
