We were aware of the stripped-down winter concept, but our frustrations are not related to this circumstance. Let's start with the pros The hotel is after a good restoration, the rooms are clean and tidy with a pleasant design. A good selection of imported alcohol. Baileys, Cherie Dance (which doesn't happen very often), and other coffee, cream, and fruit liqueurs. But sometimes, when asked to pour Baileys, local people pour a similar liqueur. Whiskey is a wide range, but they don't always pour what you ask for. There is little choice in cognac, VSOP cognac is not represented. I was pleased with the availability of prosecco and apple cider. Başka ol is a chain of Turkish coffee shops, which is represented at the hotel. All the desserts and drinks that were tasted there were delicious. Pleasant attentive staff from the bar to the waiters. They always greet you with a smile and help you if necessary. I enjoyed the evening live music performances in the lobby bar. The view in the hotel is beautiful, very green, stylish and comfortable. Disadvantages ➖ Upon check-in to the room, the mini-bar was not replenished and the reception had not fixed this problem before we indicated it. Guest relations Anastasia said at the first meeting that there would be no problems with visiting any type of restaurant's Ala-cards. We couldn't make an appointment through the app, so we went to the counter the next day, where we were told that we needed to make an appointment a week in advance and the restaurant we chose wasn't open these days, but was open once a week. We were put on a waiting list and that day we got to the Olive restaurant. I liked the visit as a whole, but the 2 types of meat that we ordered were dry. The restaurant was full, so the wait was long. In the main restaurant, the range of food is insufficient, and the taste unfortunately leaves much to be desired. The opinion about the taste of the food was shared by many of the guests who rested with us. Snacks are also not very diverse, but they probably taste better than the main meals. On the last day, there was only one type of omelet for breakfast - menemen, which is very spicy in this hotel. There was a lot of hope for croissants, but they taste "fresh" like the day before yesterday. We had 3 dinners: Mediterranean cuisine, Turkish and Asian. The word "delicious" can only be applied to a Mediterranean dinner. When visiting in winter, the presence of a warm pool was taken into account. He didn't live up to his expectations either. The pool temperature is not specified, but it is not pleasant to enter the water in cool weather. In the evening, even after visiting the sauna, it was difficult to take a dip. The indoor pool also has questions about the water temperature and the huge amount of bleach. After 1 visit (literally 1 bathing) and a well-taken shower, the next day, an allergy (rash) to bleach appeared on the body. In addition to the presence of bleach in the pool, there is a very strong smell. And of course the animation. The hotel has only 3 animators. The guys are nice, but if we hadn't seen for ourselves how the "activities" were conducted, we probably wouldn't have got to them. It wasn't until the last day of our vacation that we were invited to events hosted by animators. Entertainment during the winter period: shooting with air guns, darts, bocce, yoga. Overall, we rate the rest at 3.5 out of 5. Maybe the situation is different in the summer, but not now. I could consider visiting this hotel again only if these issues are resolved and the price is lower.
