To this beach (Kaprovani) we came after visiting the arboretum. It took a little over 1.5 km, skirting the park. At the exit from the park, local taxi drivers attacked with an offer to take them to the beach. But we like to walk and wanted to take a walk after lunch. We arrived on Saturday at seven o'clock in the evening, as planned, so that there would be no scorching sun, since there is no natural shade near the water. A wide strip of sand stretches into the distance of the sea, magnetic, but not as black as they thought. There were few people, and all the vacationers were scattered along the beach. There is a toilet and a foot washer at the entrance to the beach. Lots of free sun beds. We took one sunbed to put our things away from the sand. And an umbrella. No one came to collect the fee, and they had already noticed on other beaches that the sun beds were free in the evening. Unfortunately, there is no changing booth. There is a strip of pine trees along the beach, and there are many cars and tents in the shade under them. People come here for weekends and overnight stays. But you need to walk 100-150 meters to the sea. There are many families with kids on the shore, and boarders with their SUP boards. The entrance to the sea is very gentle, it takes so long to go deep to swim. But the kids have plenty of space. We stayed on the beach until sunset. They bought up. The water is warm. Then we walked along the shore to the Nikora chain store, which we found on the map (we wanted to buy some groceries home) along a street with modern two- and three-story mansions and new guest houses. But Nikora was closed before the start of the main season (June 19th), and we were on June 13th.

An unusual beach with black sand. A lot of locals are vacationing, as well as car tourists. There are camping trailers, guys are playing beach soccer and volleyball. There is a shower and paid deck chairs. There are no other facilities. The water is a little dirty, but I took a swim.
