There has never been a worse service for all the time we have been using car services. First, we signed up for a car diagnostic, and we were not late for a while, we called and warned. On the phone, it was not said about the breakdown of the elevator, having arrived at this "institution", after waiting for almost an hour, the administrator directed them to the gate to the entrance, they stood there for a while.. as a result, he approached the administrator again and said that the elevator was not working... Piggish attitude towards people.. And the receptionist is a girl, you have a separate remark, although it doesn't matter how it turns out.. You are primarily a service staff.. and when people address you, you need to answer questions elementary, and not whistle to yourself while burying your face in the phone!!!

I do not recommend the service.👎 One time I wanted to make a collapse-convergence. They refused to take it without diagnosing the chassis. Another time, there was a question about routine maintenance, they said that only their specialists were driving cars and it was impossible to be near the car during repairs. Given their previous hype of services, the refusal to be near the car looks strange, to say the least. They have a good tire service, two smart guys worked there, now I only see one of them, really. The star is only due to tire repair And they have good specialists in the store on the second floor. (I don't know if the store belongs to the service or not, though.)
