She communicated extremely rudely, and her face expressed complete dissatisfaction with life and clients. No hello, no goodbye, just an irritated tone and eye-rolling. The most unpleasant thing is that they sold me the wrong spare part, it did not fit my car, although all the specifications were announced when ordering. I was not offered a receipt, although it is the cashier's responsibility. As a result, when I realized that the spare part did not fit, I could not make a refund — of course, no one wanted to talk without a receipt. I need to clarify that I applied for a refund within half an hour after the purchase, and even as a human being, the receipt could be found and printed again. The service is below any criticism, no responsibility for your actions. The store of the same chain on Kuprina Street is radically different in its service and customer orientation. Next time, I will not be lazy and will go to the other side of the city, but not here.

He said he would arrive on the 17th. As a result, I arrived on the 26th, but that's okay, you can put it down to logistical problems, it's such a time. Upon receipt, I found that the item is different from what I ordered. When asked to return the money, another seller said that only the seller who ordered the spare part can make a refund! And he's on vacation! This is the first time I've encountered this. So, if you suddenly order something, ask the employee if he is going on vacation by any chance. It gets even more interesting. I waited until Vladislav went to work, came, finally asked where I had been all this time, the order arrived on the 17th, and he allegedly called me. Of course, no one called, because there was no need. I arrived on the 19th myself and was told that the order had not arrived yet. I don't know why he was lying. It was on Sunday, and he said to come back tomorrow, we'll see if the supplier will accept him back! It's like it's affecting something. And we need to talk to the manager, who will be there on Monday. As a result, on Monday, July 6th, I arrived, Vladislav spent 10 minutes looking for someone, probably a manager, then returned and the money was returned. It took only five trips to the store to get the money back. As a result, a lot of nerves were spent and the car was idle for almost a month. This is the first time I've encountered this. I've only written three reviews in my entire life, because I'm too lazy, but then I got so tired that I don't have the strength. I went to get a refund like I was going to work.
