Faced with constant black death screens on my computer. I tried a lot of different optimizations, replaced the thermal paste myself with a process and a video, but the problem did not go away. I applied to other companies, but they just threw up their hands and didn't want to get to work, because the computer is quite powerful, with a 4080 graphics card, and they had nothing to test it with. I contacted several PC repair services, but only in pk.by we could really help! Initially, I brought the video card with the problem of the screen disappearing to Repair No. 1. They tested it there, said that everything was fine with it, but they didn't even tell me what the problem might be. I took the card, and the flights continued. Then I turned to pk.by Specialist Alexander immediately suggested a common problem with the power adapter and helped to find the right one on the WB. The adapter solved the problem with the video card, but after that I complicated my life by not carefully installing/removing the video card and the computer stopped turning on altogether. I wrote to Alexander and, without further questions, offered to bring the system unit for diagnosis. It turned out that when installing the graphics card, I accidentally damaged the components on the motherboard. But the guys fixed everything very quickly, took adequate money for the work, and also blew through the system during assembly and applied high–quality thermal paste - a small thing, but nice! Conclusion: of all the services I've accessed, only pk.by really figured out the problem, did not waste on unnecessary services and honestly helped. In other places, they either could not find the reason, or immediately stated that "there are no chips, no memory," etc. I definitely recommend pk.We are professionals who really fix, not dismiss!

I contacted this service center to order an original laptop battery. During the first conversation, the employee assured me that the battery would be original. I paid for the order, but the wait took a week, as the suppliers did not have it in stock. When the battery finally arrived, it turned out that it was a high—quality analog, which I was informed about when I called the service again. After installation, another problem was discovered: the battery was not charging from the original charger, which was confirmed by a warning when turning on the laptop and a mark in the BIOS. The next day, I contacted the service center, and we agreed that I would send the battery back, and they would refund the amount I paid, including shipping. The money was indeed refunded, but the bank withheld the transfer fee. As a result, I actually paid for the delivery of low-quality goods back to the seller, which is extremely unpleasant.
