We would like to thank the staff of the Apsny hotel in the Pitsunda resort. We arrived before 8 a.m. in the morning, and we were checked in immediately, without extra charges (perhaps because our mother was with us – a participant in the Great Patriotic War, a veteran of the home front). The suite has two cozy large rooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, almost 8 sq.m., new furniture, comfortable beds with good mattresses, TV and air conditioning in each room, refrigerator, hairdryer, kettle. This room has two balconies with beautiful sea views. Wi-Fi with good speed. There are no complaints about cleaning. The maid Olechka is a great smart girl, everything is always clean and cozy. Bed linen and towels were changed frequently. The administrators of the Apsna building are polite and provide comprehensive information on all issues. The food in the dining room No. 2 in the Kurzala is a solid five: the choice of dishes is large, the assortment is varied: fresh cottage cheese, omelets, pancakes, eggs, vegetable salads, delicious sour cream, honey, jams and jams; soups (borscht, cabbage soup, pickle, beetroot, bean, pea, ear, chicken broths, beef...), cutlets, chicken, roast, liver, delicious fried fish, delicious cool compotes of plums, feijoa, apples, etc. We would like to thank the staff under the leadership of the head of Yana Viktorovna and the charming administrator Marina Shotovna, as well as Dinara. The hotel is next to the sea, with a great beach, the sea is clean and gentle, especially in the morning it is pleasant to swim and sunbathe. There were a lot of deck chairs, there was enough for everyone, as they were issued on resort cards. Bike rental at the hotel (200 rubles per hour) provides an excellent opportunity to ride around the city and the resort. Entertainment for children and adults is organized on the embankment, cafes and restaurants are open, there is a Ferris wheel, an excellent open-air amphitheater, a library, rental of children's cars, scooters, and ATVs for adults… Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much, and we will recommend this particular Absna Pitsunda resort hotel to our friends and acquaintances. We traveled by car all over Crimea, KMV. We were in Chechnya, South Ossetia, Dagestan. Now I have discovered Abkhazia. Nature reminded me of Crimea and pleasant memories of long trips. I've been vacationing in Pitsunda for two years in a row, and now I'm going to go for the third time. The sea is clear, surrounded by pine trees. We have a rest in this boarding house. Despite the 2 stars, my husband and I like everything. We are young, active, modern and do not understand the reviews that "the old one is falling apart, the rooms are not so good." We have a normal room with all the amenities, a dining room nearby, the sea immediately from the doors of the building. And what else is needed!!! We are lying on sun beds in the pines, in the shade. We go to the sea on the wonderful pebbles. The sea doesn't need any comments at all. Delight!!!Separately, about the dining room. Three meals a day. The food is simple, homemade, fresh, and dietary. And yet- meat, and side dishes, and separately sour cream, honey, mayonnaise, spices, and coffee-tea-compote, casseroles, pancakes, porridges., a lot of different vegetables, And what is needed again!!! Everything is very decent. We're gorging ourselves. It's not enough for anyone - there are a lot of cafes and delicious food on the territory. And for a very democratic price, everything is fine. Thanks to the boarding house administration. Everything is clean on the premises, the rooms are cleaned every day. We are satisfied. The sea, the sun and beautiful Abkhazia!!!

We had a rest in Bzybi for 2 months with a child. The room was cleaned every day, clean linen was brought. We had a rest from 05/31 to 06/14.25. We lived together in the Apsny building, a comfort room with a balcony (the rooms in this building are renovated, but the comfort rooms are tiny, suitcases were stored on the balcony). The food is very, very simple and monotonous (of course you won't stay hungry, but monotonous food is boring). The vacation was greatly overshadowed by the lack of sun beds and umbrellas, starting from about 9.06. there were a lot of sun beds, but the number of umbrellas did not increase and the roofs on the sunshades were not stretched!!! The sea is gorgeous, the beach is nice, the large beautiful territory, the staff is friendly, the room was cleaned, linen and towels were changed.There are no beach towels (last year, according to vacationers, there were).There are no gyms, baths, or swimming pools listed on the website. The location of the defense industry is very good.Pitsunda is a homely city, but it will be boring for lovers of entertainment and outdoor activities. In general, I recommend you to visit.

A good place to relax. I was here from July 27 to August 3 in the Amzar building. The sea is close and clean, there are few people on the beach, there is a Terek from the pines. The food is simple but varied. The room itself ruined the impression of a vacation. I lived in a room without renovation. The carpet is old and dirty, the curtains are too, the plumbing is on the verge of a foul, plaster was peeling off the walls in places. It's not critical, of course, but it wouldn't be that expensive to update and fix. During the 7 days of stay in this place, the water and electricity were turned off 3 times - they said there had been an accident. Overall, I'm happy with how my vacation went, but I don't think I'll check into Amzara next time.

We had a rest in the Apsny building with our teenage son for 14 days. There was no water in the evenings for 5 days. There was no hot water at all, there had been no hot water for 2 days before that. Judging by the fact that there were 2 five-liter bottles in the toilet, this is a regular occurrence here. Once there was no light for 12 hours . The food is normal in the dining room. Good, canteen-style, ordinary food. The buffet format was a convenient format for us. The staff...:) No one was openly rude to us, but it feels like we're not particularly welcome to eat here. We practically did not see smiles on the faces of the staff either in the cafeteria or in the building. (the pleasant exception is girls who clean up dirty dishes after meals.) The room itself was decent enough. Cleaning every day, linen and towels are changed every 4 days. Air conditioning, TV, refrigerator. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. In general, everything about nature is beyond praise. Conclusion: rest is for those who appreciate the purity of the sea, air and relict pines above possible overlaps with technical issues of accommodation and do not expect service.

There is no salt in salads, you can salt it yourself. there is a market nearby ~ 10 minutes on foot, of course everything is cheap there, this is definitely a plus. there are places to walk, I love abandoned buildings and just big spaces, there are scary big houses near the market where the windows are broken, but this is only in the entrance, but it's not critical for me. as for the service, the horror is in a word, the linen is changed once a week, but they didn't change it for us! they just clean the floors every day, and the toilet too. elevators are constantly breaking down!! It's a cry from the soul, you can fix them already! This is impossible, the right elevator broke down twice in one day, and on the sixth day the lights were turned off at about 17:46! Okay, for 1-2 hours, turn it off at 23:00 or something. My parents paid 112,000 for three people for ten days, and what did we get?? the only advantages here are nature and a good sea, my personal rating of a 14-year-old is 3/5 stars, your choice is to go here.

Why did we come to the military industrial complex of Pitsunda, having read the reviews in advance that they were "poorly fed"? 1) Curiosity: is it really the cleanest, most transparent and calm sea in Abkhazia? That's right: I can't compare it with the whole of Abkhazia, but the sea is calm and clean. 2) Amazing air: the mix of air soaked in sea salt and air saturated with phytoncides of the relict Pitsunda pine is unforgettable. You can walk for hours, days, kilometers here. 3) The Pitsunda organ 4) Dolphins that come here every day. If it seems to you that this is not about you, do not come to the military industrial complex of Pitsunda. Because the food is really interesting, or rather, like at home. How many dishes do you eat for breakfast at home? Options: Scrambled eggs and coffee. Porridge, cottage cheese and tea. Pancakes and coffee Casserole and tea. It's the same here. There's not much choice, but everything is delicious. There is also a lot of vegetable fiber: greens, cucumbers (delicious) tomatoes (very tasty), cabbage, beets and carrots. I don't eat it for breakfast, but there's a lot of it for lunch and dinner. It's the same with lunch and dinner. You can always choose one dish for yourself. We are not elderly, working and quite able to afford something else in terms of recreation, BUT...We clearly knew why we were coming here and what we wanted to get from this place. Therefore, we really enjoyed both Pitsunda and Abkhazia, and if our goal again is the clear sea and pine air, we will not hesitate to return to the military industrial complex of Pitsunda.

I advise you to take rooms no higher than the 5th floor. There are sun beds, but it's impossible to occupy them during the day, everything is covered in towels and stones. There are no lifeguards anywhere along the beach. In the bay from the pier to the Ferris wheel, the water is calm, there is practically a lake, there are no waves, then the current appears, and on the other hand, where there is a large monument to Medea, wind and waves, a more lively sea. The water is clear everywhere. Advantages: relict pines, transparency of the water in the sea, proximity to both the beach and the city, wide beaches, shade from pine trees, Soviet mosaics and monuments, many benches on the promenade, toilets, there are "wild" beaches" on the other side of the bay Cons: the "fatigue" of the resort, there are abandonments, the disinterested attitude of the staff towards tourists, well, very simple food in the dining room, my teenage boys ate almost nothing, there was not enough meat. Coffee tea, very simple and cheap. Breakfast and lunch are still nothing, compotes and soups are delicious, and we skipped dinners.

The food in the dining room is buffet-style, the menu is monotonous: soup / borscht, porridge, chicken offal, completely inedible cutlets, sometimes fish, vegetables, apples. But everything is in sufficient quantity, you will not stay hungry, for a change you can go to the cafe downstairs, there you can buy beer and chacha in the bar. There is a fruit tent on the territory - peaches, figs, melons, grapes, juices, and a shuttle service (paid) will take you to the market and to the city. In the evening, there is music and a spontaneous disco in the cafe, in front of the boarding house, kebabs are fried in the cafe (it is better to close the balcony). The conditions and attitude of the staff are for an amateur. There are catastrophically not enough rods on the beach (to take this remedy, you need to get up at 5-6 a.m.) and on this basis, skirmishes often occur among vacationers. Service: upon arrival in a dirty room, the maid cleaned on demand, took out the garbage daily, changed the bed linen and towels after 5 days. There is no curtain in the bathroom, after using the shower you need to be ready to clean the water from the floor every time. The room has a TV, air conditioning. A small refrigerator. A carafe for water. One glass for two. An armchair, a plastic chair. Conclusion: if comfort does not matter, we enjoy the sea and the views of nature)

We had a rest in Pitsunda at the end of July 2025. Compared to last year, it's heaven and earth. If I would have put 4 in that year, then this year it's only 1 and that's just over the sea. We took a ticket for 12 nights. Room 1 cat in Bzybi is renovated, with a balcony and amenities. The renovation may have been 5 years ago, but all the furniture is antique and falling apart. The years 2000. The mattresses are probably just as old. The air conditioner works only in one position and only from the outlet. To turn it on or off, you need to climb on a chair, since its outlet is located under the ceiling. The plumbing is antique. The tiles on the balcony are all orbiting, lying just like that on the concrete. The towels were changed only after 7 days. Towels and linen have not been changed for more than 12 nights and 14 days. The food in the dining room is as usual. We stopped going there after 5 days. It's monotonous, there are no fruits, soups are made with vegetables that were left over from yesterday. Elevators don't work all the time. We sat for three days without water and toilet. All the healing properties of the sea and pine trees neutralize the unbearable and constant smell of sewage in the room. No matter how much I like nature, we won't come here anymore.

We were vacationing with my husband in the OP Pitsunda at the end of August 2024. in the Apsna building. The room was renovated with amenities overlooking the sea. We are happy with the rest. The weather was good, there were few people on the beach, the sea was clean and mostly calm. You can walk through the forest and along the sea along the embankment. There are cafes, a small water park, and a Ferris wheel on the territory... There is a Seaport next to the Apsna building, there are boat trips to the sea, a sea excursion to Mussera, interesting. The package included a transfer and three meals a day Buffet. The choice of dishes is sufficient, we are not picky, we always ate enough. The only thing I didn't like was the cutlets, a lot of rolls. The rest is quiet, vacationers are mostly with children and 50+. I think we'll come here again.

We were with my husband in Pitsunda in July 2024. We were settled in the Lighthouse . The view of the reserve is gorgeous. Cicadas crackle very loudly, but maybe someone will like it. We went 1 time and took a budget option: sink, 2-bedroom bed, wardrobe, table, mirror. The toilet and shower are at the end of the corridor - they clean well. Clear. The room is hot. We ran to the market and bought a small fan. This is our salvation. Next time we'll take an air-conditioned room. They say the first boarding house has no waves on the sea. We didn't go there. First we swam at our boarding house, then we swam at the Ferris Wheel - there are fewer waves there. The dining room is not far away. The menu is the same with minor changes. There are milk porridges, casseroles, and pancakes. You can apply and approach at least a few times. Vacationers have envious eyes, raking hands. They put an unrealistically large amount on plates and do not eat it. We took the usual plates and we liked everything. The only thing, in my opinion, was terrible, so it was loud music from the cafe in front of our room. And she plays until 24-00!!! 😡😡😡🙉🙉🙉. But maybe this is a plus - you don't need a TV. You can go to their disco every night to have fun!!! At all times, you can find your + and -😉😉😉

It's a wonderful place. It became our family vacation. We were in the building a bit, yes, there are rooms that need to be finalized, but now we always stay there. The dining room is good, the food is all homemade, as far as my stomach is very sensitive, there are no problems here, and there are people who find fault, but where they don't, even in Turkey. Clean, modern, bright, really comfortable and suitable for a good rest room with everything you need - clean, white bed linen, TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, air conditioning, cabinets, hangers, double bed and single in a separate niche, also with a wardrobe... Clean flooring, all plumbing is in working condition.. Yes, the food for someone may be bad, after Turkey and Egypt.. and personally, I eat to live, and I don't live to eat, so I'm very happy with this diet... So who needs the purest sea, breathtaking air, who is tired of the hustle and bustle of the city - this is your place..

There are more sun loungers on the beach, there is no need to get up at 5 am, as two years ago. There is more entertainment for both children and adults: a summer cinema, a water park, a Ferris wheel, new attractions have been built... The menu has been varied, but also according to the alternation of days, you will not stay hungry, there is plenty to choose from.... But when you go out to sea, you just forget about all these little things - You switch off. It is incomparable: clean, radiant, refreshing, there is no such thing anywhere else .... And nature too, attracts ... Do not expect frills: a budget option worth your money, accommodation and 3 meals a day, which most cook at home, is equivalent to a rented room in the private sector. Nothing terrible, but a 100% guarantee to spend a vacation without poisoning. .. It's not the first year we've been resting here, we've studied everything, but believe me I want to come back, I don't feel so free anywhere ... We went into our room, yes, the room was clean, but we were immediately surprised by two narrow beds, and when I lay down on this bed, there were already disturbances, the pillow had two small lumps on the edges and was completely empty in the middle, and the mattress had springs sticking out everywhere, one bath towel, one for the face, not for the beach, not for There are no arms, not for legs. And you put a 3* on the site, where they are. Now about the dining room, where I was very surprised that even for salt and napkins you have to go to the buffet. For example, I took soup and sat down to eat it, but it doesn't taste salty to my taste, I need to take a plate again and go to the buffet to salt it, what kind of service is this? Every year I relax at the sea and in sanatoriums, but this is the first time I've seen anyone running to the buffet for salt, pepper and napkins. Now about the territory, yes, nature is beautiful, but gentlemen, in order for it to please the eye, it must be taken care of. I was also very outraged that the deck chairs (which are included in the price of the rest) need to be occupied at 7 a.m.! This once again confirms that the administration does not care at all about the convenience of vacationers. The sea is clean and warm, yes, after the storm, a lot of branches were thrown from the trees, so until the vacationers themselves gathered them in a pile, no one touched them. Then, when the campers put the branches in piles, the tractor drove through and collected them. Let's see, we won't come to this Pitsunda OP anymore and we won't advise our friends!

Pitsunda is a village that has received the title of a resort city, with 3.5k inhabitants, and in the season there are 30k, it becomes cramped and expensive. Apart from the sea, the embankment and the park, it can't boast of anything. Cafes are present, there is a museum, a market. Customer orientation is completely absent. The water is turned off all the time. It is an elementary problem to relieve oneself. Nutrition is generally a separate topic. The opinion of people who write that it is possible to eat is not clear. Dear sirs and comrades, the food was paid for with money earned by labor. And it is impossible to eat this food. During the day, this is rustic meat consisting of floating fat, and in the evening the same thing, but already the azu in Tatar (pork). Porridge on water, fruits are apples and once oranges. Boiled eggs are generally a holiday. Of course, I had to eat. It is a pity that such a rich legacy left by the Union has fallen into such disrepair. A big plus is, of course, the purest sea and relict pines. But there is no desire to return at all. We had a rest last year in Gagra, then this is heaven and earth. Therefore, it is strange that some people come here 19 times. Do you get vouchers for free? It's not clear. Such a long-awaited vacation was ruined by this service.
