I was with my husband at this institution. I really liked the atmosphere. Clean, cozy, modern. Wonderful service. The waiter was sympathetic to the health problems and offered an individual meal, which was very surprising. Delicious and fragrant tea was quickly brought while we were waiting for the hot stuff. The kitchen pleased us. The chicken breast was very juicy and delicious, the sauce was specially served separately. I was thrilled. Thanks to the staff for their professionalism and responsiveness! We won't come again)

We were invited by a large group to sit by the door, although a table convenient for us was vacant. Come on. After a conversation with the administrator, it was settled. And thanks for that. But! We ordered Draniki. Imagine our horror when they brought us an unfrozen product! It's hot on the sides, freezing inside. And that's not all. They asked for a complaint book. They brought it. A notebook for schoolchildren: the pages are not sewn, there is no printing, it seems that the pages are not numbered either. This is just some kind of mockery! According to the administration, a nice waitress, Karina, should have apologized for all the joints. It turns out that the waiter is responsible for the jambs of the administrator and the cook. I was ashamed. And disgusting. The day off is completely ruined. "Thank you" to the city of Molodechno and the pizzeria "Tempo".

We ordered delivery, the delivery time started at 1.20, then they called, apologized, said they had taken the wrong pizza, waited another 30 minutes, brought cold pizza, the potatoes were all softened, tasteless, there was not even salt, the pizza itself was dry and there was little sauce. The best pizzeria in the city is for our family. The pizza and the whole menu are delicious. The prices are reasonable. The main thing is that the decor of a decent establishment. As a result, I got 1/3 of the fat from the chop. That's not what you're counting on for a dish priced at 26p. You call the Call Center, they say they can't help you anymore, because the institution doesn't take orders anymore. After a lot of conversations and references to what the restaurant said, the order was accepted.

Usually everything is delicious, it's a pity there wasn't my favorite waiter (with a tattoo on his neck), he would have somehow solved the problem. Such things. But in general, the food is delicious. I'll add more. The situation itself was a long time ago. Around the age of 22. And so, in general, the Tempo in the Youth is very good. I've been to several in Minsk and one in Mogilev. Young is better.

I would like to share my impressions of visiting this institution. Unfortunately, the visit left much to be desired, and I cannot recommend it to my friends. The service turned out to be extremely low, the waiters were inattentive and slow. The order had to wait a very long time, although the hall was half empty. The quality of the dishes was also not impressive, much was prepared carelessly. The prices do not correspond at all to the offered level of service and cuisine. I hope that the management will pay attention to these problems and be able to fix the situation.

But we haven't been for the last six months, and we've just been stunned by the changes. The four of us came to celebrate the child's 16th birthday and ordered a table. Due to the nature of our health, some of us drink only cola without sugar. Previously, there had never been a problem opening your drink when you sometimes brought it with you. Moreover, as a rule, there was no such thing on the bar. This time, the child also drove to the store nearby without a second thought and asked the waiter for a couple of glasses. To which the waiter Mikhail started, sorry, just barking - "I won't give you anything! Did you come to the restaurant or to the canteen? If you open your drink, I will take you out of the establishment!". When I asked why the communication was taking place in such a rough manner, this representative of the service sector answered me personally: I'm going to press the button now, and they'll take you out of here by force - I just felt sorry for you!". Dear management and owners of Tempo, how is this even possible? Are we pioneers who ordered a sandwich and pour a bottle of burnt vodka under the table? If you can't have your drink at all now, even with a big order (especially since the sugar-free coke was actually on the bar this time) - no problem! Offer it and we'll order it! Why be rude? But no! Further more - during my further attempts at communication, this employee simply allowed himself to turn around to the guests (well) and leave in an unknown direction. And twice. It turns out that I almost ran after him around the hall so that he would deign to talk (you can watch the cameras, by the way). The administrator tried to save the situation, apologized, etc. But the point of the drama is not that we are "offended", but that we are simply blown away by such treatment and humiliation. Thank you, we will never forget this 16th anniversary. We thought we'd sit for 3-4 hours, but an hour later we all popped out, having somehow chewed the food that had lost all taste from such treatment. IT'S A SHAME. I would also like to note that all other drinks (including the usual bottled beer-zero store beer) were, of course, ordered at the institution itself.
