I placed a pickup order in 30 minutes, and got a call back to confirm the order. We arrived a little earlier, we were waiting for a text message. 35 minutes after the confirmation call, I went to the order window to clarify - they said I wasn't ready, I was waiting. After another 30 minutes, they began to sort it out and it turned out that the SMS (marked in the system) was sent 25 minutes after the order was placed (it did not reach me at all) and I can pick up the order for the full price. The level of customer orientation and service is not high at all. The pizza is delicious, but I won't order any more.

I ordered this pizza 3 times in a row, but it never arrived hot. It was reasonably warm once. And this is not an ordinary cafe for which delivery could be optional, but a service that specializes in pizza delivery ... Who can be advised to order here? Only someone who doesn't respect himself. P.S. I already forgot about the review, but in the summer I ordered pizza from Lisitsa a couple of times and was pleasantly surprised. Apparently, something changed in the process: either the couriers began to drive faster, or the thermo bags were changed, but the fact remains that the pizzas arrived almost hot. They've improved! They taste specific, but worthy. I'm changing my score from one to four points.

04/13/26 we bought two rations (before that we only ate our pizzas for a couple of years) and got an intestinal disorder an hour after eating. My wife also felt the "taste of the earth" in the dough. I give 1 star for the service. A completely different pizza arrived. When we sent the photo of the pizza and the receipt, we offered two solutions to the problem: either we keep this pizza for ourselves, for which we get a discount on the trail. the order, or the courier will bring a replacement, and the pizza will be picked up (which is rather strange in catering, who will it go to later?..) Naturally, we chose the second option, as we wanted to have dinner that evening! BUT is it okay that the solution to the situation is just a substitute - and you're like a fool, waiting 2 hours for your dinner?? Why is there no compensation provided in this case?

Referring to the 5-minute time limit, the courier announced that he was leaving. We asked the courier to wait at least 30 more seconds because the employee of the children's center was on the way, but they were not successful. Later, the administrator contacted us, who in fact does not solve anything, but only refers to the company's regulations and offered to deliver pizza in 40 minutes. When ordering, it was indicated that delivery to the children's center. Next time we will definitely focus on another company. Delivery organizers need to work on their reinforced concrete regulations.
