I was intrigued all this time and the game definitely lifted my mood, he gave me a bag of rags, a bottle from fanta, which would be useful in the household and an empty pack of condoms, I won't say the brand. Good day everyone! I don't like to write negative reviews, but now is exactly the moment and the case when, as they say, it hurts. This service was used to replace the oil in his SUV. This is the second time the oil has been changed here, and it was the second time that something happened that you wouldn't even think about. In 2024, we changed the contract engine on the car, the pleasure is not cheap! They always tried to change the oil after a certain mileage and always poured only expensive oil. According to the recommendations of this service, Mobil1 was given the advantage. A month ago, the same was filled in. But... then the problems started. There was a wild clacking sound under the hood, a constant tsa tsa tsa.... the engine was very noisy. Initially, we thought that the rocker in the valve cover was unscrewed or something similar, but alas, that was not the problem at all)) Miraculously, the moment of the incident, we were in Mogilev and stopped by the service there, because the master himself, without even lifting the hood, said that something was wrong with the engine ((( we would not have survived another engine, because we bought a very good one and "packed" such a motor in half a year... We couldn't even think that it was possible. We lift the hood, look at the oil level in the engine... And what do we see ? The probe is empty, or rather it is not empty, but with a drop of black liquid... my husband said that he had not seen this yet, because the oil level is always visible on the dipstick and you can understand whether you need to top it up or not, but here it was smeared and there was no clear outline of its level. But here the situation was very interesting, it felt like either there was no oil in the engine, or something was flooded, but that was not clear. Because we know that at this Pit Stop service they gave a very decent amount for an oil change service, which is 440 BYN (and they put a "bad" oil filter). As a result, we started to look further)) there is oil in the engine, it does not go anywhere... but the dipstick is empty, it is simply not possible to determine the oil level in the engine. We come to the conclusion that the engine was filled with waste, or something else... because even the cheapest oil showed the level after replacing the engine)) We also found out one thing that in our car, according to the manual, the oil needs to be drained through the plug that is in the pan, and not pumped out. It was always pumped out at this service, which meant that 1.5 liters of old oil always remained in the pan. And they always took money for the right amount. Well, here's the bottom line... we drain this oil, well, or waste it (because it was simply impossible to drive on such an engine, but only a month had passed) in Mogilev at the service, pour oil of another brand into the engine (Holland, 17 rubles per liter) and voila - the clatter decreased just in front of the eyes and in the ears, and after The 50 km run was completely gone. The cabin became quiet, the engine was running in the right mode, the tsa tsa disappeared altogether. And we paid two times cheaper for the replacement than in Vitebsk)) Therefore, I have one star: firstly, for the quality of the products that were poured into our car, secondly, for the wild prices (compared to the market), thirdly, for the incorrect drain and replacement, and this concerns the work of specialists !!!, and fourthly, 1.5 liters are always not topping up (in someone's pocket)! Because they only work for cash. !!! I have an honest and fair review! If you had also got on the engine, then it's already there - don't blame me!!!

You can't pay with a card, you have to ask for a check and always say in advance that you need it, you arrive without an appointment, the master is sitting foot by foot in the phone, the box is free, but refuses to accept it, saying that the recording, like the car should arrive, I stood for 30 minutes while I called other service stations for oil change, so no one came, although pour in the oil, you know, for 10 to 15 minutes at most. And it's always like this!
