We tried several dishes: the freshest tartare; pita with mortadella, oyster mushrooms and pesto - excellent; potato chips with cheek, cheese sauce and crispy onions - 9/10, too much sauce; spaghetti with shrimp in tomato cream sauce - 10/10, taste balance. There was also a pleasant compliment from the establishment - blueberry pie (10/10) The overall impressions remained positive! We will definitely come back again!

There is one very big BUT. There is a smell in the toilet room, there are definitely problems with the sewerage system, possibly due to frost, and the buildings are old buildings. The place is very beautiful! The themed installations near the establishment are even more beautiful (is it okay to take a picture there with a minimum number of people? Unlikely). There are a lot of people not only outside, but also inside (so it's better to book). Out of the unpleasant: I ordered cheesecakes. With incomplete planting, they were carried for 25 minutes + the cheesecakes were not cooked in the lower part.I was sad for a couple of minutes. They used to be delicious.

An atmospheric place with interesting dishes of classic dishes. We tried tartare and grilled shrimp with avocado and mango sauce. The portion of tartare is large. It tastes great. The shrimp dish is a bit greasy for my taste, but that's all subjective, of course. But the main thing that made our evening truly special was the work of Vova's waiter. This is a professional of the highest class! He was not just attentive, but truly helpful: he guessed your wishes in advance, offered you a repeat of drinks on time, and told you in detail and with humor about all the new items on the menu. It was felt that Vova loved his job and the institution. He created such a friendly and comfortable atmosphere that we stayed up well past midnight. One of the guests waited for his dish for more than an hour and a half. Garbage is not removed from the table. A friend got a cold omelet. I didn't like the service at an establishment with such a price range. I really didn't like the hostess/administrator, she chose her expressions incorrectly. The waiter didn't know much about money either. There is no one in the wardrobe, there is no soap in the bathroom, there is no lotion, there is a strange smell. Here is a completely incomprehensible beef tartare, I would say, the worst that I have eaten. The tuna tartare was also very average in quality and taste. There was no fresh meat or cocoa on the menu. Alcohol prices are very high. I was particularly surprised by the price of Portuguese Mateus, which costs 6-8 euros per bottle. In Pinky, he's 150 rubles. Really? For cheap Portuguese economy class wine. I can't reach the waiter to pay the bill. We definitely won't go any more. The photo zone is more of a minus than a plus. You're eating, and there are crowds walking around to take pictures. There is dirt in the toilet, not only the toilet bowl, but also dust everywhere, faucets are broken, a dirty plastic dispenser for liquid soap. There is no question of any hand cream. There are many other cool places in the city in the same price category, but with excellent cuisine: Marble, Salt, Michel, Culture at the very least, but definitely not Pinkie.

I came twice, took a burger with sweet potato fries for the main course - one of the worst that I ate in Minsk, the cutlet is terrible, the buns are stale. Lunch is a burger a la chicken, which they didn't have (at one o'clock in the afternoon, at lunch))). You should be warned about this as soon as the waiter brings the menu. It was only after we persevered that it turned out that the table on the terrace was still available and we only had to wait 10 minutes. The food and atmosphere of the place left a pleasant impression, but the interaction with the hostess overshadowed the evening. I would like the staff at the entrance to hear the guests more attentively, observe the agreements reached and not create unnecessary tension where it is easy to avoid it. The ability to listen and respond flexibly to a situation is an important part of hospitality.

For cocktails, we were surprised that all drinks have a fixed price, that is, for 80 ml and 170 ml you give the same amount. It was stuffy in the room, besides, there were too many people standing near the bar to our right, that is, let's say there were 6 bar stools, and there were twice as many people, even it was difficult for the waiters to pass, it was somehow not very comfortable to eat when you literally have a kiss under your nose..... And yet, what killed us was that there was a framed photograph of a woman with a cake on our table, perhaps it served as a designation for where to take the cake in honor of Dr., but honestly, it looked strange, as if someone had been looking at you all evening, and it was possible to designate it in some other way. If we talk about the dishes, then this is not the place where you eat, the portions are very small, and the prices for this size are too high, then we went to another place because we didn't eat much. Giving 40 rubles for 2 small pieces of duck breast in a huge plate is already too much.... The interior is really beautiful, it's obvious that they tried their best, the music is lively, which is also a plus.
