During the January holidays of 2026, we visited castles in the Brest region with our guide Alyona from the Pilgrim travel agency. We drove along the Brest - Pruzhany- Ruzhany- Kossovo-Brest route. A perfectly calibrated route. I had enough time for interesting excursions at each point, and for lunch at a restaurant. We booked everything quickly, made two agreements, because we were flying with another family. At the meeting, Kuma asked if they could advise us. To which, we were shown a picture of another hotel, that's it... More information about Kemer was told to us by other managers sitting there. I answered all the questions in the correspondence about what I could take, how much, etc. quickly. Before paying the entire amount, we found out in one of the contracts that the wrong amount of payment was specified (we could have said, well, that's how it's written, and we're paying, because it was less than necessary). But I said everything honestly right away, and they reprinted the page for us. Since we were flying out of Moscow, we needed to buy tickets for a suitable train from Brest. I asked Anna if the departure times had changed. Anna said there were no changes. Then I asked a question: "And back?". And then it turned out that it had been postponed an hour ahead. It doesn't seem to be scary, but we need to buy suitable train tickets in order to make it. And if you were traveling from another city + additionaltransport...We need to be warned about this right away!!! The plane from Sheremetyevo on 07/05/25 was postponed three times, therefore we did not have time for dinner at the hotel, we were supposed to arrive at 19.00, arrived at 01 a.m. (we paid for this day).I wrote to Anna from my husband's phone to contact the hotel and ask if it was possible to leave dinner for us. The message was read, but still not answered (today 07/17/25). A little later I wrote from my phone about the same request, the message was read, there is no response. Only 07.07.25 Anna wrote how we arrived, etc. I apologized, said there was no communication, it was the weekend, but I went to Viber, Anna was online every hour ... Upon arrival in Brest, Anna wrote herself, asked how the rest was, etc . I repeat, because I chose the tour at home myself, I can't say anything about the agency's work, only about Anna's manager's job. If I didn't know anything and only hoped for the agency, of course, I would be a little embarrassed...
