It was an absolutely horrible operating experience. I bought silver jewelry for 13,000 TL. The bracelet broke off the morning of the day I bought the product. I immediately sent photos to the business and reported the situation. They said to me, “Bring it, let's fix it.” When I took the bracelet away, they demanded a repair fee of 600 TL. Even though the product hadn't even been on my arm for 12 hours and I had done so much shopping from them, their approach was really bad. When I explained the situation on the subject, instead of creating a solution, they sent me a long paragraph message. The attitude of the business and the customer approach were definitely disappointing.
