A great hotel, upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly reception, guest drinks and smiling staff. We settled in quickly, in a comfortable large room with all amenities, on the 1st floor, not far from the main entrance. A bed with a high, new mattress. The room is newly renovated, the TV is normal with Russian-language channels. The balcony is spacious, with a table and chairs, a dryer is built into the wall. The hotel regularly held musical evenings with live music and beautiful cocktails, near the central fountain in the lobby. It was beautiful and delicious. The hotel was almost completely occupied, but it did not create discomfort due to the large territory. The food in the restaurant was very diverse, everyone found something to their taste. I really liked the croissants baked with "you", the freshest, crispest, puffy and hot. Personally, I was pleased with the fish table, with smoked and pickled fish. Overeating! There are many different kinds of meat. There are many hot dishes. Baking is also a huge amount. The restaurant has an interior and an exterior space, whichever one likes it better. The restaurant's exterior veranda offers a beautiful view of the hotel's interior, with a large circular swimming pool, beautiful palm trees and interesting structures in the form of mountains, bridges and waterfalls. I would like to mention the a la carte restaurants separately, we had 5 visits. We chose an Italian restaurant, a Mediterranean restaurant and a Lebanese restaurant. Lebanese cuisine is above all praise, we liked it more than others. By the way, the Lebanese restaurant is located on the outside of the hotel, we opened it later for ourselves. The hotel is shaped like a semicircle, with an interior and exterior space. The exterior area is also steep, it is larger than the interior and is a park area with a large swimming pool in the middle and detached bungalows, it is very pleasant to walk in the evenings and have fun during the day, the pool with fountains attracts people. There are a lot of sun beds, towels are large and dense, they are given out without queues. There is a very picturesque path to its beach, with a wooden bridge and a magnificent view of the sea. There is an interesting stepped arrangement of cafes and recreation areas on the beach itself. Everyone will find a place to their liking. The bartenders and staff on the beach are very helpful, attentive and good-natured. Of the drinks that I drank, these are cocktails and beer. Shawarma and burgers are prepared from the food. The hotel is located near the airport and from the center of Charm, a taxi was called by Indrive, it was cheap, 2-3 dollars to the center. We went shopping several times at the fixed price and to the evening promenade. The vacation took place in the second half of May, a wonderful time to relax in Egypt. The water in the sea is perfect, there is no wind, and the prices for good hotels are not yet in space. We rested for 10 days.

We stayed at this hotel in early December. There was a slight disadvantage – the pool with the mountain river (where the slides are) was repaired. But all the activity was in another pool, and therefore we were never upset. A second pool with a bar and warm water, a small paddling pool for children (knee-deep for adults). There are daytime activities in the form of zumba, darts, yoga and water aerobics. There is a volleyball and table tennis court near the restaurant. A day later, there were pool parties: frothy, pink, and mango treats. The food is gorgeous, varied, and lots of other things. Waffles and pancakes are prepared in the morning, the second cook prepares omelets. At lunch, these chefs make pasta, someone roasts meat or fish. We came to the restaurant at the end of breakfast, and there was always a lot of food! There was a daily entertainment program during dinner in the evening. There is a kids' club for children and a half-hour mini disco in the evening (it's the same thing every day, but the child doesn't get tired of it in 10 days). The drinks are local, the cocktails in the restaurant are not very good, but the guys in the lobby bar make good cocktails (I recommend it). The weather in December is cool: out of 10 days, there were 4 days with rain and cloudy. But it didn't hurt to rest! The hotel has a beauty salon, gym, and spa. We were at the salon, we made braids for the child (be sure to bargain! The prices are too high, the price for afrocosas is $ 60, they haggled up to 40). There is a shop at the hotel, but to be honest, it's consumer goods. Unfortunately, there are no shops nearby. If you only go to the old town, you can see the mosque there and buy souvenirs (do not forget to bargain). There is no beach as such. We found one of the outermost pontoons (out of three), and there was a great approach for a child. We were collecting corals (which washed up on the shore), and she was able to see the fish. For those who can swim and adults, the sea is awesome! The pontoons are not big, but when you dive from them into the sea, there is such a beautiful reef! It's a sight to behold! And if you don't want to leave, there is a bar on one of the levels, and you can have a snack there at certain hours (drinks and ice cream at any time from morning until the beach closes). In general, there are three solid wooden piers covered with wood, two bars with drinks, 4 types of delicious ice cream, served in balls, you can eat all day. Beautiful views of the island of TIRANA. There is a reef and a cliff right away, moray eels live, beautiful big and small fish, there is a diving club. Towels are given out on the beach according to maps and also at the pools. The territory is huge (but part of it is being renovated, including room repairs). We flew for the New Year holidays, one large swimming pool was heated! The animation is weak (there is something to compare it with)! They seem to be trying, but they're not really getting the audience fired up! There's just plenty of food! I still can't look at the shrimp, the food is for every taste. You can always have a snack anywhere! The sea is gorgeous! The fish are right next to the pier (take glasses or a snorkeling mask, it's a very interesting sight)! You can buy a mask at the bazaar for cheap! The tuna sandwiches are delicious at the beach bar -in one case, the ice cream is delicious in the other! Ice cream is also available at the pool bar, popcorn at the seafood restaurant (Ala-kart) is free. I won't say much about alcohol, everyone has their own! There is no champagne (in all inclusive), take it with you in iron jars! The wine is just disgusting! Rum and Coke are fine! And you can ask for cocktails to be made👌Beer is normal The room was cleaned every day! There are all accessories, you don't have to take extra kg with you (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, shaving gel machine, chopsticks with discs, hair dryer). Yes, the rooms are not fresh, but if you don't dig into the old furniture, then it's very good. The food is just great and seafood, chicken, turkey, partridges, fish, beef, lamb, duck., vegetables, fruits: plums, melons, apples, oranges, tangerines, bananas, mango, guava. Eat as much as you want. There are plenty of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, there is always freshly squeezed juice in the morning, there are 3 coffee machines, you can drink at least all day, alcohol is local, but none of us are poisoned, you can drink. The staff is friendly and attentive, if something is wrong, they immediately solve the problem. We really liked it, but this is our personal opinion. The reef is just great, there are always a lot of fish and different ones.

The sea is beautiful, but the corals are poor.There were enough sun beds for everyone. The beach is located in separate recesses in the rock and you have to go down to it by a large number of steps. the bars are open on schedule, drinks are poured into glasses made of hard plastic and in the restaurant and lobby bar in glass. We had a good rest. Disadvantages: the renovation of the saltwater pool, the renovation of the beach areas are carried out periodically, and frankly weak animation.

Russian is spoken well by almost all of the staff, who are very friendly and helpful. We are always ready to solve any problems, but do not swear, constructive dialogue works better) It's a long way from the sea, and there's no beach per se, which is a huge disadvantage. It is possible to wet your feet from the shore in one very limited place. It is possible to dive from the pier, or go down the stairs from the same pier into the water. It is not clear why the pier has only one staircase. At a certain time, there is a crush, because some go into the water, others come out. The abundance and variety of different colored fish does not brighten up the picture much. There is a reef from the shore, and then a sharp drop and depth. The food is not bad, the choice of dishes is acceptable, I think no one will stay hungry. Meat, fish, seafood, side dishes, herbs, desserts, drinks - all in the assortment! You can eat almost around the clock. Alcohol in bars is local, you can grab it from duty free or buy it at the hotel store (they can bring anything to order). There is a saltwater swimming pool, there is a heated children's pool. WiFi is available throughout the hotel, even on the beach. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at this hotel!

We rested in the middle of November for 9 nights. We received a lot of positive feedback. We spent the first night in the main building with access to the courtyard. Everything is fine! There were plenty of places for everyone. The crows were driven away by a special silent device, there were no problems that they would peck while they went to get tea. There are plenty of fruits and sweets. Very tasty coffee and hot chocolate, many varieties. There was always something on the grill! Everything is delicious. The waiters always brought wine on demand, white, red, really good. The stronger spirits left much to be desired, but the cocktails smoothed out fine. The next day, I wanted to move closer to the sea. Thanks to Mohamed, for which we are eternally grateful, we were able to move into the villa closest to the beach for a small tip. It was very convenient to go both to the restaurant and to the beach. The beach opened at 06:30, we arrived at 7:00, there were always free sun beds. Good leg workout. Wide beach, four pontoons. Going to the beach, we went to the right into a cozy bay, where it was quiet, unlike what was on the bays on the left: noisy music, and where ice cream appeared at 12:00. Almost no one smoked on the beach, to our great joy. Otherwise, it would be very cool for smokers to have their own separate place where they could enjoy the same smoking company without spoiling the atmosphere of the sea beach with their smoke and fumes. 🤣 Just a nice little wish for the hotel administration. Overall, the rest was a success. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart, everything was fine, at 5+. We are grateful

It seems that you can still play tennis for free. of the disadvantages, I would only note that entering the sea through panton is not very comfortable with small children. We returned a few days ago, I'm writing while my impressions are fresh: The food is just a fairy tale, I don't know who writes here that it's the same thing! I haven't eaten meat for many years (only fish and seafood), but my husband and children do! So it was ALWAYS possible for everyone to find something delicious for themselves, large shrimps every other day, fish - there are always several options for lunch and dinner. The tuna was especially wonderful! We grilled fillet fish and once every few days we cooked a whole fish for everyone, I don't know what kind of fish, but it's delicious! I saw a huge turkey, from which the chef cut off pieces, beef (grilled steaks), baked, lamb, something like goulash (I don't eat, I don't know, but mine ate), a lot of vegetables, side dishes, fruits, and a separate song - sweets! They were amazing! Always have freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning, come and pour as much as you want! I also saw fresh mango, in general, all the juices in self-filling bottles are not jupi, I personally saw the replenishment of containers with juices and packaged liter juices. For the first time in my life, drinking fresh strawberries is a simple bomb, 1 dollar to the waiter - and he will bring it to your family! The reception staff is young, polite, customer-oriented, many speak and understand Russian perfectly, and are helpful. Cleanliness in the hotel, on the premises, in the room. The garden is always looked after by the gardeners. Yes, the hotel is not new, and you can see it in some places on the territory, but everything is very clean and tidy, and therefore it does not matter at all. The room is very large, super comfortable mattresses (we were even surprised), we lived in the main building (2+2), silence, mosquitoes were with the children for 1 day (the children lived separately in the next room), but the liquid brought with them for the fumigator did a great job. The TV is modern, 4-5 Russian channels, the air conditioner is not particularly cold, but it was probably just out of season, they didn't turn it on properly, it wasn't very hot, so it's not critical. The mini bar is free (Sprite 1.5 liters upon check-in) and every day + 2 bottles of water were brought. Replenishment of gels and shampoos (of good quality, by the way). They really didn't do anything with towels, just cleaning. The only uncomfortable moment in our bathroom was that the water was running through the floor in the shower, and there was nothing we could do about it, so we went to the children's room next door to wash. It was recorded at the reception, but nothing was done. The lobby is cool, clean, the cafe in the lobby is also very nice, I want to be there. Natural coffee, from coffee machines, is very tasty everywhere, in the restaurant, on the beach, in the bar and in the lobby. The wine and beer are not very good, it seemed to me that it was very alcoholic, I did not drink, and neither did my husband. The sea is a fairy tale, very beautiful, thanks to being on a cliff - from the beach (it has steps) and from the cafe on the beach there is a stunning view. We dived with masks, the entrance was so-so, only up the stairs, where sometimes there are queues, it's not critical and we were ready for it. The second large working pool was heated and warm. The animation team does a good job, water aerobics, dancing and all that. In the evening, we didn't always go to a mini disco for kids, but for adults - we found dancing, magic tricks, and live music. In any case, there are many more advantages than some inconveniences. The hotel was finishing the renovation of the central pool and the river and the slides, they seemed to have already been opened on the last day. We went to the nearby PicAlbathrom Village for the gym, it's free, just by golf cart. By the way, drinks, food, and a gym are available in both bracelets by default, but no one really talks about it so that tourists don't wander back and forth too much:) the room is small, but everything you need is there :) In general, we are sooo happy with the rest, we have known the Albotros network for a long time and we love it very much, although this is the first time in this hotel. I don't know if we'll go back there, maybe we just love visiting new places, but preferably their networks. They value their tourists and keep a high brand of service and food!

The reef is very beautiful, the sea is warm, there are a lot of fish, we always lay on the sun beds by the sea until lunch (there was almost no wind there) only there was wind on the pontoon itself, and then on the last day there was no wind there either. Then we went to the warm pool, it's big, and there's always animation, yoga, Zumba, water aerobics, and darts. Once a week (maybe 2 times a week) they hold cool pool parties, it was very cool! In the evening, there is always a children's party first, then performances, dances, and show programs for adults, which are also very interesting! The staff is very polite and helpful. Actually, I also read the reviews before the trip and took a dozen Alyonka chocolates with me. I didn't think it would help me so much. We gave them to everyone. And I was even a little embarrassed that we were getting extra comfort because of such nonsense. And everywhere we waited for tourists for a very long time, who walked for an hour and chose what to buy. If I had known, we wouldn't have gone. Sorry for the wasted time. Then we went on an evening tour of Sharm el Sheikh with a visit to the national museum, the old town, singing fountains and a seafood restaurant. I recommend going to the old town on your own, see the fountains. It will be much cheaper. And if you've been to the Cairo museum, you don't have to visit it, and the restaurant has disappointed everyone. It's terribly tasteless! And it doesn't compare to our hotel restaurant at all. So choose this hotel. You won't regret it, but one thing is, the renovation of the large swimming pool has now begun. Because if you change your mind, they will refund only 50% of the cost. We took the tours and were satisfied — everything was worked out clearly, interestingly and safely. I had to look for places and sun beds (it reminded us of our Krasnodar resort), I'm afraid to imagine what would happen to sun beds during the summer season. the approach to the water is from pontoons, there are several of them (there is a piece where you can stand from the shore, for children). There is also a nearby beach of a neighboring hotel, and you can not go there to sunbathe-they will be kicked out, although there is also a picalbatros (luxury suite only), but you can swim. The reef is nice, beautiful, basically the red sea, it's something unusual and stretching, the beautiful fish are swimming, it's a thrill to swim I would like better alcohol, more fruits, and a little more animation. But there were also shortcomings. Unfortunately, there were no bathrobes and slippers in the room. The rooms have very old hair dryers attached to the wall and look like vacuum cleaners. I have long hair and it was difficult to dry my hair for 20 minutes with the condition that the handle (tube) also gets hot and it hurts to hold.
