This hotel is clearly not a four-star hotel. I booked one night and thank God I only booked one. Before that, I lived in Batumi in another four-star hotel, but it had a completely different level and quality. One of the advantages: the location on the famous square for tourists and very beautiful. The girl at the reception gave me a room one level higher than mine, for which I thank her. The breakfast was good, maybe there wasn't much choice for someone, but everything I usually eat was fine. On the downside: the hotel is old and in need of renovation. Everything is worn, the carpet is stained and dirty. Very good audibility, so if you are a light sleeper, it will not suit you. Holes in the linen, worn towels, this is unacceptable for a foursome. The pen was so dirty that it probably couldn't be washed anymore. The water glasses are dirty too. The room itself is very small, even for spending the night. Despite the fact that my room has been improved, I will definitely never check in here again.

Hello everyone! That's the end of our vacation in Georgia. Lucky with the weather! We checked into the hotel right away, we were given a standard room with 1 bed, the room is too small, but everything you need is there. Upon check-in, 2 bottles of water, cleaning supplies, tea, coffee, kettle, air conditioning, TV, 2 white bathrobes, slippers. A bed with snow-white linens, panoramic windows, 2 French balconies offering amazing views of the surrounding area. The location is perfect in the Old Town! The only negative is the poor sound insulation, the celebration of life lasts until 23:30, concerts, dances, and a quiz were held on the square every day. Before the tour, we wanted to get some sleep and took earplugs with us. Breakfast is from 8 to 11 and it's a separate kind of pleasure! Breakfast was served in the tower at the Brioche cafe on the 3rd floor, jazz was playing quietly at breakfast, there was a beautiful view from the window, there was an old piano, everything from the menu for a full breakfast (oatmeal, cottage cheese, sour cream, fruits (apples, persimmons, watermelon, melon), vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, leafy salad, olives, olives), buckwheat, pasta, khachapuri, croissants, charlotte, muffins, coffee and tea, various types of cheeses, yogurt.

We were together for 5 nights (from 06/03/2025 to 06/08/2025). The staff speaks Russian, the hotel is very large. The location is great. The room is normal, everything you need is there. Special thanks for the fact that the breakfast time is written on the cover of the room key card, in other hotels it is only necessary to ask and remember. It seems like a detail, but it's very convenient and simple. The breakfast is good, it was located in the building of the clock tower on the 3rd floor, (from 8:00 to 11:00) you can have a delicious meal and at the same time a variety. The most delicious tomatoes were seen here. As usual, the audibility between rooms is good, if you come across noisy neighbors, you will be a listener. This does not bother us in any way, as well as the singing of the muezzin in the morning and evening, since the mosque is located nearby. The lock will not stop the room cleaning, they knock and immediately open the door, we can say that cleaning is not required, but in any case, they will come to your room first. The Irish bar Quite women (it has direct access from the hotel) hosts Quiz Pliz games in Russian almost every evening (at 7:30 p.m.), come, register, pay GEL 20 per person and play quiz.
