I stayed at this hotel for two weeks, I am very satisfied with the service. The room has a pleasant smell, clean, cozy, beautiful, comfortable bed with snow-white linens. Everything you need for convenience is available in the room: a small refrigerator, air conditioning, and a safe. I would especially like to mention the polite and helpful staff. The breakfasts are small, but everything is always fresh and delicious. Considering that I came to Batumi to experience all the Georgian flavor, including Georgian cuisine, the breakfasts satisfied me completely. Convenient, even more magical location: in the center of the most beautiful part of the city - old Batumi - next to the Piazza square! Many thanks to the hotel staff for their hospitality!

The hotel is nice, cozy, and quiet. Delicious breakfasts, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, snow-white linen, cleaning every day, good attitude of the staff. The only negative of our room (I don't know if it's the same in others) was that there was no towel dryer in the bathroom! With such humidity and the absence of a balcony, a dryer was extremely necessary. Swimsuits did not dry for several days, washed clothes acquired a musty smell, I had to dry things with a hairdryer for half an hour, and this is not what I want to do on vacation.

Great location, great staff, delicious breakfasts. One thing was disappointing: one day the coffee machine broke down and there was no coffee for breakfast, although the coffee machine worked fine in the cafe on the ground floor, and it was possible to arrange coffee from the cafe. The rooms are clean and cozy. The location of the doors is not very good, but it is not critical. The bathroom door creaked and closed with effort, which is also a bit bad. And it's a pity that despite the panoramic windows in the room, you can't smoke there, you have to go outside, but this is a subjective opinion.
