A very nice boutique hotel. Designed, thought out to the smallest detail, pleasant smell in the room. The staff is attentive and helpful. The breakfast is excellent, the assortment is not large (compared to the network five, but there is also a cost!), but for this price and compared to small hotels it is sufficient, there is something to choose and most importantly it is delicious and there is no unpleasant aftertaste, everything is fresh and cooked without violations, you will definitely be satisfied and satisfied. The cafe on the ground floor is good, be sure to try the food in the cafe. The location is great, old Batumi is great (how do you get to Italy). Everything is within walking distance, any entertainment, pleasant walks and the sea, what else do you need to enjoy? You will definitely be satisfied after visiting this hotel.

If it would be possible to give a score of 10, then I would definitely give it. Just a delight! I booked through Othello. When booking, she indicated that she wanted a room with a view of the Piazza Tower, and when I checked in, I saw it from my window! I was greeted at the reception in English, they don't speak Russian. They are very polite and friendly. In the evening before the flight, I asked to print out the ticket, which was done without any questions, they gave me a file. The room is clean, beautiful, and very cozy. The bed is amazing, I slept great. The temperature was comfortable. There was a kettle, water, tea (it was only green, but I think you could have asked for black), coffee. There were no toothbrushes, but they were quickly brought on request. Breakfast from 9 a.m. is pretty good, but I'd like to see scrambled eggs/cheesecakes/pancakes. Cheeses, sausages, omelets, vegetables, salads, muffins, croissants, jams. Tea, coffee, milk, juice and lots of fruits. Very convenient location, close to all the main attractions and the port where I went on a boat trip. Facades are being restored all over the street next to the hotel, all facades are surrounded by green forests. Keep in mind that now (October 2025) it might not be the most aesthetic view from the window, but that wouldn't bother me. If I come to Batumi again (I will return to visit mountainous Adjara), I will definitely check into this hotel again. Thanks for the service!

Perfect. Modern renovation, cozy room, normal breakfast, food in the bomb restaurant: The margarita was the juiciest, the meat was the most tender. Friendly hotel staff, mostly communicating in English. The embankment is nearby, restaurants-whatever you want, everything is great. Thank you)))
