Frankly, the hotel was disappointing. We vacationed there in the 19th year and the grand deluxe was only the 1st line of villas, the other three are just deluxe. They settled us on the 2nd floor and also went to meet us, changed the villa to another with a better view. Now the room stock is very much depleted and instead of renovation, the hotel went the easy way, making the first three lines grand deluxe, and the 4th just deluxe, thereby simply raising the price of accommodation. We were settled on the 4th. It's hard to climb. They asked me to change it, but I categorically refused. Of the advantages, these are breakfasts with a huge selection of dishes and a view from the dining room to the sea and mountains, the view from the room, the location (it's not far to the center and to long beach too). Cleaning is making the bed and running water, the furniture is shabby, the railing on the terrace is half-rotted, the toilet flushes every other time.

If you want to spoil the impression of Phipi Island, then go here. I would especially like to mention that we booked the hotel through OZON Travel. Not only does the service not check the information about the hotel, but for two days they were unable to contact the hotel to resolve the problems. Now about the hotel: we waited an extra hour to check in because the room wasn't ready, the room was dirty, and the beds were like at my grandmother's cottage. We stayed in this hotel room b203 ,22 days, March-April 2025. If you don't find fault with the little things, we liked it! I would like to mention the elderly waitress in the restaurant is trying very hard to help everyone. The food is normal, even very good for 3*. Cleaning every day was tolerable for us. The staff is friendly but unhurried. The views are gorgeous, the beach is not bad when there is no low tide. I wish I could go back there., Yes, with pleasure. Thanks for the rest!!!

Everything would be fine if it weren't for the last point – the disgusting attitude of employees towards tourists. Situation: we were given room keys (3 rooms, we have 3 families). They threw their things into the nearest one and ran away to ride a boat. Have arrived. We go up to our bungalow 317: the key does not open. We go to the reception, we say that the key does not fit, a Thai boy in a green T-shirt is sent with us - he comes to the bungalow, says: "yes, it does not fit, we need another key." We return to the reception, another Thai boy in a green T-shirt goes with us - he comes to the bungalow, says the same thing. We go downstairs, we resent the administrator, and he starts saying that this is not his problem, that the keys were given to us and figure it out for yourself. Or the offer to give us another number, he refused. At this moment, our second family finds out that someone already lives in this room 317 from which we were given the keys! To my indignation, he started swearing at me, insulting me and saying that he would not do anything and this is our problem and he had nothing to do with it! That's it))) Then we contacted our operator, who booked rooms for us, and they seemed to figure it out. They gave us the keys, we checked in. And then our third family writes to us that people came to their room 314 and said that this was their number. Bingo! And a new wave of showdowns)))) Do you need it, decide for yourself

Gorgeous view, separate modest but clean bungalows, away from the crowd, but if desired, you can walk to fire shows, discos, cafes in 15-20 minutes. It is located on a hill, it can be difficult to climb in the heat. The price tag is normal, but you need a bank card that works in Thailand. In general, I recommend it.
