We had no experience with other salons.We've been coming to you since the first haircut. There is absolutely no desire to change.because we still need to try to cope with our dog.But the girls found an approach to our fidget even in cutting claws (a little bit of deception) Always a haircut on request.although she is not a pedigree (there are reasons for this) Therefore, thank you very much for your work and attitude towards ponytails.

They got a haircut not according to the breed, as they wanted. The hair was re-plucked so that the dog has irritation and bald spots. The claws were simply "gnawed off" with a blunt instrument. No tangle was fired between the fingers. I do not recommend this salon.

York had a thick, gorgeous pigtail for several years. We came here for grooming for the first time. I specifically asked not to touch the thickness, just to remove the length a little. As a result, they were returned with a scythe 2 times thinner. We didn't take into account the wishes at all....I 'll have to raise them again for several years . We are very disappointed and upset. A salon where no one cares about wishes! "We cut it any way we want." A year ago, we brought our dog here for the first haircut, relying on reviews. It turned out well, and we thought it would always be like this. BUT the second time we came, we got a short-haired spaniel with thin paws. 😡 We decided that we were unlucky, apparently we got an intern and no one said anything about it. They grew the length for half a year. The "X" day came, we prepared, saved a bunch of references, asked the administrator to write it down to an experienced craftsman, explained for a long time on the spot that we needed not just a short haircut, but a beautiful uniform length, neat edging and massive appearance. Our dog is thoroughbred and expensive. Her appearance should match this. BUT now she looks like a mutt with thin legs! Thank you salon, for what you did on your way out Now it will take half a year to grow back. Photo for confirmation: 1) first haircut, 2) haircut now.

Unfortunately, it's not without its flaws, we overdid the tummy treatment once, so I'll take off the star. But the most important plus is that after an unsuccessful experience with other groomers, it was in this studio that my dog began to calmly tolerate haircuts again, for which I thank you.

They gave the dog away after a haircut with blood from the butt, the very next day I saw that there were dots right THERE from the nozzle of the machine. The groomer insisted that it was due to the intestines or nutrition, although the WOUNDS from the machine are visible. In addition to this horror, the whole stomach is covered in cuts, either from scissors or from a typewriter. Master Diana was just making fun of a defenseless dog. When I passed by their open window, I heard the master swearing at barking dogs. Even then, I had to pick up my dog and wait for this horror. The haircut is good, yes. But the dog is intimidated, does not eat for the second day, the wounds heal and she wants to tear them apart. I'm just terrified.
