An excellent contractor. I turned to Ilya in order to make the foundation and later the whole house. The project had a ribbon foundation with a ribbon height of 2.7 m due to the large drop and the need to support it on the mainland soil mass. Ilya suggested the best option: he calculated a columnar foundation with wide heels and a column pitch of 3.5-4 m. Saving in my case on the face! Ilya's calculations were confirmed by the designer.
