During my trip, I stopped by this Petrol Ofisi station to take a short break from needs. Although there was an unpleasant smell in the sink section, the general cleanliness and hygiene standards of the place were very good. The roll of the automatic hygiene cover with sensors in the toilet seats was exhausted, but when I communicated the situation to the friends in charge, they reacted with great kindness and urgency. They not only renewed the sheath system, but also instantly replaced the paper towels that were about to run out. This responsive, solution-oriented and practical approach of the employees is really admirable. I have not encountered any negativity except for the small smell detail I mentioned. I would like to thank the station staff for their interest.
