We purchased a set of doors: 3 canvases and a complete set of accessories. The delivery was from the store and the lift was paid for separately. Two days after delivery, the doors were unpacked and one of the doors had a chip on the bottom, as it turned out, we contacted the manager: explaining the situation, but they refused us an exchange or other solution to this problem. The deliveryman did not even deign to check the integrity of the canvas, although the delivery was from the store. I don't recommend it, you could at least suggest solutions to the problem.
