For the first time I applied to buy a bouquet online. Having selected a bouquet on the website, I contacted the manager in Telegram to clarify the availability. The prices, in my opinion, are fair and understandable (I bought a bouquet of peonies from five flowers for 105 rubles). They answered me quickly, told me everything, sent me photos of the bouquet, and helped with the payment. You can pay both in cash by hand and online, as well as after the fact or in advance. It was my first time paying through the ERIP system and I had no idea how to pay. However, the manager gave a clear payment plan and there were no problems. I was sent a photo of the bouquet on the day of delivery. The delivery arrived on time (even a little earlier than expected), bringing the bouquet in excellent condition. In addition, they wrapped the bouquet very nicely :) A very polite manager helped arrange the delivery. I personally recommend buying bouquets in Primrose!

My husband gave me flowers that had been standing for less than 2 days. I wrote to the seller and received a response of insufficient water. Maybe the flowers weren 't fresh enough ? The bouquet cost 195 rubles. Maybe we could just replace the flowers. The buyer's desire is for them to stand for at least 5 days.
