We stayed at the hotel from 06/26 to 07/05/2026, the entire territory is surrounded by greenery, well-groomed, the staff is very friendly, the animation is very active for both children and adults. The food is also decent and varied, there are 2-3 types of fish every day, meat is also present, semi-dry and semi-sweet wine from alcohol, all good quality champagne, as well as whiskey, tequila, Raki, vodka of local production. We lived in block C, the rooms are old, of course, but very clean, the bed and towels are spotlessly white and of good quality, this is a budget 5 Without frills, we liked everything. A very good Spa. We went for a massage every day, as we had a large company. I would like to mention the massage therapists Murat, Zhanna and Nadia. Everyone was satisfied with a very high-quality and effective massage. I would come back here again.

It used to be a very nice hotel, but time is passing, everything is falling into disrepair. The rooms are tired, although the renovation has been done, the linen and towels are clean, everything is working. Cleaning every day. The food is normal, you won't stay hungry, the dishes were a bit insular for me, but you can always find acceptable ones. The alcohol is quite decent locally, and the girl made delicious cocktails in the lobby bar. The snack bar has a very positive and friendly bartender, Iskhan, who works quickly and always with a smile. The beach and pier are good, the sea is beautiful! The hotel has an excellent SPA, I recommend a visit. The territory was green and shady, and the poor lighting in the evening was a bit annoying, since the paths were lined with large stones, and they were wet from evening watering, so I had to walk carefully. A 5* hotel certainly doesn't pull, at best 4*, but the staff here is excellent, friendly, responsive, smiling, trying to help. Our light bulb in the wall lamp burned out, after 10 minutes they came and replaced it, the toilet drain broke, and everything was repaired within an hour. But despite the minor flaws, we had a good rest. Thank you🙏💕

The hotel is living out its years. The hotel has not seen renovation since it was built in 1998. Very nice beach 1st line. Large swimming pool. Deck chairs are sorely lacking. The ones that are in terrible condition. The restaurant runs on the cheapest products. Queues for the grill. The tables in the restaurant have not seen tablecloths for a long time.The bars serve good drinks. Good quality alcohol in a good assortment. The service staff is trying their best. Many people understand Russian. The territory is a remnant of former luxury . Our room 1337 had a sea view. It 's a beautiful view.It is impossible to use the balcony, as there is an external air conditioner unit and hot air is blowing. The room is clean and very tired. The laminate is bulging at the seams. The mattress is very hard. The plumbing is leaking. We cleaned every day. The magnificent sea!
