The bus was canceled in three days, due to the fact that I am one passenger, although there were nine empty seats left when I purchased the ticket. To a reasonable question about the disruption of my plans and the fact that I urgently need to look for another transport to St. Petersburg, the lovely young lady suggested that I would find something. The money for the ticket is refunded from one to thirty business days - excellent service. I don't recommend it.

I traveled with this company twice with an interval of 3 weeks (on the route Moscow-Gomel/Gomel- Moscow, June 24 and July 15). I would like to mention the bus itself in its condition ( since the fleet of other companies has recently been wanting to leave the best), pleasant drivers and office staff. I liked the fact that in both cases the transportation of intoxicated persons ( who do not always behave adequately) was refused.

I enjoyed this overnight trip. I was traveling on February 8, 2025, Moscow-Gomel (Svetlogorsk). Everything is clear, without unnecessary noise and dust).The stops were announced over the speakerphone, and we arrived an hour earlier. Thank you, if I'm going to Gomel again, it's only with you!!!
