The product is good, but a strange story happened in communication with the staff. Everything was going well until I handed over a sheet with my full name and contacts to apply for the card. The consultants started whispering and laughing, pointing at the paper. When asked what was funny, they replied, "We can't figure out where the first name is and where the last name is." So before I left, they looked at me, giggling and suppressing laughter. It was the first time I encountered such a reaction, and I didn't want to return.
