Peninsula tours. Instructions for use. If you want to be forgotten at the airport and on an excursion, of which you will spend 40% of the time visiting shops and in which you can sleep in silence on the way in 2.5 hours one way, it is recommended. Take snacks and drinks with YOU on the tour (lunch at 2 p.m. includes one course without drinks and water) . Details. The tour was bought for 7 days from a leading major tour operator in Russia. The host country is Peninsula tours. It was difficult to find a bus at the airport. The guide is not visible at all (unlike the guides from Coral and Anex companies - they meet tourists at the buses). On the way from the airport, the transfer guide drove in silence. This is the first time I've seen this. We always had fun with questions and answers, and spent time on the bus with the guides). An hour later, the guide suddenly realized that she had FORGOTTEN to take two tourists from the airport. Bingo! This is something new in my travels. It's a good thing it's not us. But, as it turned out, we will also be "Lucky" - I'll tell you about it further. Peninsula tours guides at the Anna and Demir Hotel. Anna's beautiful story for selling tours. They trusted me. We decided to go on TWO day trips out of 7 days. Tickets were not immediately issued, and I had to get them out of the hotel guides through lengthy correspondence (sometimes I have to wait a day for an answer). In my personal experience, other companies issue tickets immediately upon purchase of the tour, and the tickets already specify the EXACT time of departure from the hotel and the things you need to take with you. 1. All drinks are paid for.I don't have a sign for the group with me to make it easier to find a guide among the tourists. . Groups that have bought tours from other operators have these options. 1.1. Check-out from the hotel in the ticket at 8:00. At 7:50, a call to the room from the tour guide with indignation - WE ARE LATE!!! We explain to him at the meeting at 08:00 on our tickets and WE are NOT LATE. The MOOD is already SPOILED. Thank you. Go. 1.2. Mosque in Kemer. I would like to note that I respect religion and the people of any country. But putting people on the floor in order to tell them about religion and mosques is too much. Several people are aged. My knees are sore. We sat down with difficulty and got up. I just wanted to leave. Groups came in after us, no one was sitting on the floor. 1.3.THAI cosmetics store. Good advertising in a room where a powerful air conditioner is cold in the back. I thought- we probably don't sit in vain to treat our backs with Thai medicines later. 1.4.TAKHTALS. Drinks and everything else are available for a fee. Therefore, take it with you from the hotel. Then you have 1.5 hours of free time. Have fun on your own as much as you can. In total, you will spend 2 hours on the mountain waiting for the lift to descend the mountain. You can sit in a cafe for your money. The price tag on everything is the same as everywhere else. In general, minus two hours from the duration of the tour. 1.4. The Olive Museum. An interesting story from a museum representative about the mistakes of their processing with exhibits. After the story, there is a tasting of oil, wine of the same type (the rest of the pitchforks are tasted by those who will buy), sweets, soap, etc. In general, another store. 1.5. The ship . One of those big ships in the Kemer marina. There were practically no seats, somehow we managed to find two seats in the middle. Accordingly, it is unrealistic to take something on camera. Inhaling the smell of cigarettes and enjoying the noise of the huge crowd of tourists walked along the coast. Drinks and snacks for money. According to the plan, swimming in the open sea. Imagine a noisy anthill on a ship. The sea turned out to be open opposite the beach of the Maxx Royal hotel. 40 minutes for swimming. We longingly remembered our wonderful hotel with excellent service and a great beach, clear sea. I'd like to get to the hotel as soon as possible. When leaving the ship, 300 people saw the signs of the guides with the group numbers from the operators Coral, Anex. Our Alishan was standing modestly in the crowd by a car. Found. Hurray! I have been to Turkey many times before. I have never seen such an attitude. But. Compared to the second tour, this one didn't seem so bad. 2. Green Canyon tour $ 116 for 2 people. Guide Ariana (representative of Kazakhstan). Bearing in mind the indignation of the guide from the first tour, we decided to persistently seek from the hotel guides the exact time of departure from the hotel. And for good reason. The ticket read 8:30. The result was 07:10. We arrived early at the reception. We're sitting outside. There are 2 more tourists next to us, we don't know where. 07:10 - there is no bus 07:20 - An unidentified bus stopped outside the hotel gates. The hurrying guide Ariana ran out of it. She approached two tourists and quickly left. There is zero attention paid to us. I ran after her, calling to ask, but I didn't stop. Probably the guide wasn't really watching us and marking the lists. 07:50 - there is no bus. The mood is already spoiled. I am writing to the hotel guide Demir that there will probably be a refund for the failed tour. Suddenly, after 10 minutes, t. After an hour of waiting, the 335 Peninsula tours bus arrives. They couldn't believe their luck- was it really behind us. And then we see the guide Ariana, who an hour ago picked up two other tourists. It turns out WE WERE FORGOTTEN!!! Early on, we were glad that at the airport on 06/08/2025 in the morning they did not forget us on the 23 bus. So we were lucky :))) as well as those who were forgotten at the airport upon arrival. The bus was already full, so we sat separately in the remaining seats. A great mood is guaranteed in the morning. It's a blessing that they remembered about us at all and didn't leave us unnoticed at the reception. Dear tour guides. Our tourist is inquisitive and if he does not hear an interesting story in the tour, he starts asking questions himself. But not on this tour. 2.5 hours to the first location and the first stop in silence. Plus, you can sleep on the bus. But we didn't go to sleep. The whole bus came to life when they realized that the driver had gone the wrong way on the steep serpentine and started backing up. Some tourists started to panic. They started shouting open the door and we'll go out. The guide was against it, but she gave up under pressure and the door was opened. Extreme, gentlemen! We finally got to the ferry where there were already other groups. Beautiful landscapes in slow motion. Drinks and snacks for euros. Enjoy your breakfast. Swimming in the canyon waters for 40 minutes. After that, they take you to lunch. Previously, the guide asked who would have chicken for lunch and who would have fish. I counted how many dishes I should order. but. I did not make an order in advance by phone, but informed the restaurant's kitchen (500 people with a capacity) when our group entered the restaurant tables for 12 people each table. There were already many tourists waiting for food. Drinks are available for a fee. The wait was 45 minutes until they started bringing food, i.e. one dish for everyone. Considering that we left the hotels early in the morning, and lunch started at 2 p.m., everything got boring, and when the guide announced that we were going to the olive (i.e., we already knew the store from the first tour), all the tourists rebelled and demanded to take us to hotels, because the road to the hotels is 2.5 hours, I would like at least to I'll have dinner in time. When the guide objected that she could not change the route, tourists massively stated that you should do everything for tourists, not the other way around. I voted for the whole bus to go to hotels and no olive museums. Hurray! We go to hotels - there is a sea, food and EXCELLENT SERVICE. 2.5 hours of sleep on the bus with the complete silence of the guide. And finally the end of the tour. I have been to Turkey many times before. But. For the first time, I see guided tours stretched over 10-12 hours, which could have been 6 hours each, and silent guides who have nothing to tell (be glad they didn't forget to take you on a tour or from the airport). Based on the results. The worst excursions, spoiled mood thanks to the guides of the Peninsula tours company. Customer orientation =0.Not a single Peninsula tours tour guide, with whom I had a chance to communicate, has the proper competence. Tourists are not a wallet for collecting money. In addition to free time and photos, I would like to receive at least POLITENESS in communication, ATTENTION (and not FORGETFULNESS) to tourists, INTERESTING stories from guides about the places of the tour and objects on the way to these places.
