Excellent apartment. It's a very democratic price, but it's not fully rebuilt yet. Friendly staff, clean, tidy. The only thing missing is the nearby markets. You need to go for the most necessary things.

We lived in peninsula one, it's a very beautiful view, there's a lake nearby, or whatever it's called, there are cafes for me that are great for walking, jogging, we flew in, had a rest, it was great, and flew back to Dubai
