Level 4 Local Expert

One of the most favorite places in the city. It is always clean, smells nice, there are enough books and board games like backgammon, go, dominoes. The atmosphere is always at the highest level! I would also like to mention a very pleasant attitude on the part of the staff. They will always tell you in more detail about the characteristics of the varieties and give recommendations on brewing, and not just pour and punch at the checkout. A great place to relax, a very calm and pleasant atmosphere, a large selection of tea for every taste. Of the cons, as it seemed, the room was not heated enough and the assortment of board games and books was meager, otherwise I liked everything.
