A very bad hotel, lived in a junior suite, stripped walls, sagging mattress, dirty Jacuzzi, old everything is cracked, dinner must be ordered two hours in advance. everything is frozen, the TV is small, there is no phone in the room and for this 14,000 tenge was charged from me and this is at a discount of 5,000 tenge for a good review. The sauna is just a wild horror, the pool is very dirty, something greasy is floating in the water, the steam room is broken.
