Good time of day. A wonderful bakery, with delicious pastries, but! An unpleasant situation occurred today. The sales staff, named Daria, showed all her incompetence. An order was made for a chocolate croissant, a novelty. Twice she tried to put the wrong croissant, she was told which one she needed, as the girl could not figure it out. Everything would be fine, everyone understands everything, you can make a mistake, but! Defiantly showing his emotions, throwing coffee at the customer, slamming the cash register, showing his displeasure in every way, was a nuisance this morning. Go in for coffee to please yourself after a hard day, but it turned out to get negative feedback from the staff.

Whenever we arrive at this bakery, there is almost always no assortment, we arrive at 15 there is already nothing, we arrived specially at 11 there is still nothing, no ears, no buns. It is absolutely not clear why it is always empty, is it really difficult to provide an assortment in a company store?..maybe the management will read it and draw conclusions.... Hopefully they'll be available by lunchtime next time. Thanks for the feedback!
