On 11.07.23 we flew from Frankfurt to Antalya by Pegasus airline flight PC5036 at 14.35. When checking in for a flight, the Pegasus employee broke the baggage promotion tape and our Samsonite suitcase left without receiving a tag. The employee said that she would find the suitcase and attach a tag. They gave us a luggage receipt. Further, at the boarding gate, the same employee reported that she had attached the baggage receipt to the suitcase. Upon arrival in Antalya, we waited a long time for our luggage (6 suitcases flew), but we did not receive a single suitcase. Because of this, they missed the Antalya-Moscow flight, had to buy other tickets and spend the night in a hotel in Antalya. Later, 5 out of 6 suitcases were found. The sixth suitcase (a white and black Samsonite that was not tagged at check-in) has yet to be found.
