The hotel is new, nice, clean, tidy. The mattress is amazing, the pillows are good. The room is beautiful, there is a refrigerator, a table, a kettle, a heated towel rail, a hairdryer, air conditioning, underfloor heating in the bathroom, a mirror, a wardrobe with hangers, even paintings on the walls. Upon arrival, everyone is given a bag of shampoo, a dental kit, three towels, and a roll of toilet paper. Towels are changed in a timely manner. The garbage is thrown out of the toilet. The cleaning, however, has never been done in a week and a lot of other people's hair is stuck to the mattress pad. But the sound insulation in the rooms is wonderful! The territory, of course, is very small. The kitchen is good, there is a stove, microwave, large refrigerator, barbecue area, plenty of dishes. Very clean and functional kitchen, large tables. There are clothes dryers, washing costs 200 rubles. And the neighbors have a rooster who starts waking everyone up very early))) It's a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The beach is sandy, turning into small pebbles. Sun beds under a mushroom 1 thousand, gazebo 2 thousand. There is a bar on the beach. Nearby is the canteen "Hominy" for cash. There is a bus stop nearby, from where it is easy to go to Pitsunda, Gagra, Psou. The bus stop is full of shops and cafes. The water in the sea is very clean. Oksana and Karalina are friendly and sociable.

We had a rest in September, we really enjoyed it. A new hotel, clean rooms, friendly hostess Oksana, caring maid Nadezhda. Beautiful view of the mountain and the sea. Summer kitchen with all necessary utensils. Coffee maker🔥. There are cafes, canteens, and a shuttle bus terminal within walking distance. The clearest Sea is 1 minute. We will come again next year.

We had a vacation in September 2025. This is a great hotel! And most importantly, a new one! The mattresses are not sagging or squeaky. The bed linen is not washed. Everything works - the air conditioner if it's hot, and the underfloor heating if it's cool. TV and refrigerator, of course. There is also everything in the shared kitchen and everything is working. A stove, a microwave, and even a coffee maker! The sea is 2 minutes away. The beach is wonderful. There are many places to eat in the immediate vicinity, from a canteen with quite decent food to Argo Cafe, where the brazier is just a God. Next time, just here! P.S. I was vacationing with my parents from October 1-10 in 2 rooms. We were very satisfied, a great new hotel, everything is super clean (this is the most important thing for me), the linen is white, the mattresses and pillows are good. There is air conditioning and underfloor heating in the bathroom and in the room itself. There is a kitchen on the street where you can cook or warm up something for yourself, the beach is a minute's walk away. Oksana, Karalina - thank you very much for a comfortable stay!

We had a rest at the end of September, a great place to stay, the rooms are new, there is everything you need, and a hairdryer, and a refrigerator, a TV, a kettle with mugs, towels, and a very very comfortable mattress!!! For Abkhazia, a good mattress in the rooms is a rarity!!! in the evenings it was a little chilly outside, the underfloor heating helped out a lot!! It was warm to spend the night. There were no interruptions with water, there is always hot water, there is a very comfortable shared kitchen with all necessary utensils on site!! And there is a barbecue grill, comfortable tables, and it's all at the foot of the mountain, in the evening the mountain-sea air, words cannot convey... And the most important thing is, of course, the proximity of the sea!!! It is literally 50 meters away, and this beach is the best in Abkhazia! We will come back more than once, many thanks to the wonderful hosts!

We rested here from 15 to 21.09.24. The rooms are new, there is a conditioner, Underfloor heating. The beach is 50m away. A new beach with sun beds and gazebos has been built opposite.and the bar, of course. We ate in the hominy canteen 100 meters away. They also rented a car (ldzaa rent car repair). I recommend pegasus to all tourists. Thanks to Oksana and Karolina for the quick accommodation and for the transfer to Adler at night in the rain today!

The guest house is new, the furniture is new, everything is clean. The sea is two steps away. But the big disadvantage is that you can't wait for hot water and electricity is a real problem.
