Instead of helping people, they just drag out time, mislead and outright deceive. They don't know how to talk to visitors. It seems that they are doing a favor rather than providing public services. Such an attitude towards people is unacceptable.

And the girls who help with filling out the documents and the boss for their kind attitude and understandable explanations. I was applying for a social card. Yes, it took more documents than it is written on the Internet, but employees know better what they need, so I collected everything without any problems and brought it (a photocopy of the birth certificate and a photocopy of the parent's passport and a photocopy of the mother's marriage certificate (about changing the surname) came up). I handed over all the documents on Thursday and took my social card on Monday. This is the first time I've seen such a polite municipal service! Thank you very much!
