I went to Sakarya Pashazade Doner branch to request grain-free chicken soup for a patient of ours who is in intensive care.I stated that I did not live in sakarya, I came from far away, I specifically indicated that there should not be one due to the condition of our patient. However, the employee there, ”I can't deal with you, I have a lot of work" style, using an extremely inverted and disrespectful expression, almost acted as if he was firing me. This incident happened on 08.02.2025 in the morning, and obviously, this style and attitude hurt me a lot, while I was already going through a difficult process as a patient's relative. Moreover, despite the fact that the business is located so close to the hospital, it is unacceptable that people who come are treated with such disrespect. I ask that the necessary things be done for the employees to be more respectful and understanding for these situations, especially with the awareness that they are near the hospital. I want no one else to experience this event that I have experienced.
