Excellent location, friendly staff. Clean, cozy rooms. There is its own fenced area, its own summer kitchen. The lake and the beach are within walking distance, 3 minutes on foot. There are cafes and attractions on the beach. Parking spaces are provided.

After reading the reviews, I expected the best from the hotel. The room is small, but that's okay. The bed linen is washed, but with lipstick stains. There are no disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom. Since it's a hotel, then be kind enough to provide. The room is small. There is a TV, but none of the channels are showing. It's good to have Wi-Fi. The hotel is located close to the shore, it is very good. But the music from night bars gets in the way until 4-5 in the morning. There is no transport to the hotel. I had to walk from the highway with my suitcases. The magnetic key to the front door of the hotel did not work. In general, there are more expectations. 3+.

My niece had hysterics and tears a day later, so that they would go somewhere faster. There were dozens of drunken locals on the beach by the evening, there were instances who had fallen asleep in the sand since the evening! There were too many fucking people. You haven't been to Issyk Kul for 10 years before, you can not go there for another 150!
