This sculpture looks poor at the central station, well, my personal opinion is that it feels like this exhibit was stolen from a playground somewhere. The reason for its installation is not clear, but there was once a railway station at this place, do not be surprised, there was a railway station in Novogrudok, there was a narrow-gauge railway, but those days remained in ancient times. And if there was an explanatory plaque with a historical reference on this train, it would make at least some sense.
