Victory Park is a symbol of the Great Victory of the Soviet people, and a memorial dedicated to it occupies a central place in it. But in addition to the memorial area, there is also a recreation area, a venue for festivals, folk festivals and fairs.

By the end of 2011, Victory Park was more or less in order, a pond with fountains appeared, there were more benches, there are good walking paths. They built a summer amphitheater, where the festival is held, as well as an annual concert dedicated to Graduation. However, there is also pain, these are children's attractions that are in complete disrepair, and some have been dismantled altogether.

A beautiful park in the city center, a huge green area, a system of artificial reservoirs with waterfalls and fountains, a bridge to the island and gazebos. An outdoor stage and an open-air cinema hall. Wonderful monuments to the heroes-liberators of the Great Patriotic War and Afghan soldiers. Tulips are blooming, everything is ready for the celebration of the Great Victory Day.
