The Park of Culture is still closed, on weekends there are entertainment for children on the square, and buildings are being built inside the park (they say private ones). There are no attractions for a long time, I saw one carousel.

There are few entertainment facilities. There are 2 large full-fledged cafes in the park and one of light construction, why is there a cafe in the park? The park should be a park!
