My review is lively, sincere, and real. I went to various masters of this institution. I don't sign up, so I took turns getting to different masters. Each master has his own approach, they are attentive to clients, I was always satisfied, and somehow I was especially lucky to get to master Inna Now I am a regular customer of Innochka A wonderful master, a talent! I would like to say that this is a great hairdresser, but, unfortunately, the impression turned out to be completely the opposite. The master smelled strongly of cigarettes, which was unpleasant, but it could have been forgiven if it hadn't been for the quality of the work. The master did not hear my wishes, he tonsured extremely carelessly and asymmetrically. When I politely asked to invite another master to rectify the situation, I was met with rudeness, rudeness, and even threats to call the police. Apparently, the very fact of doubting his competence caused a violent reaction in the man. Special thanks to Olga, who intervened, was able to calm the situation and tried to somehow fix the result. However, the haircut is ruined, and so is the mood. A very unpleasant experience, the sediment will remain for a long time.
