Not a bad point in the Paragraph. What did you like? Lots of seats for different numbers of people, comfortable seating, spacious and high ceilings. The coffee and desserts are quite delicious here. I liked the honey cake. The cheesecakes aren't bad either. There is a clean toilet and there is a separate sink for washing hands in the hall. There are a lot of greenery and plants in the hall, which create a cool atmosphere. Unfortunately, not everything is on the menu. There are no nutella and some croissants. It would also be nice if the barista brought 2 sets of appliances when ordering meals, when people come in twos and threes. It would be good for the cheesecakes if they gave you a spoon to get the Greek yogurt, because it's hard to use a fork.

I really like this place, the first thing I want to mention is the staff who do everything possible to make the visitors comfortable, and it's also the atmosphere, spacious and unusual furniture. It's cool that there's a big table for a big company. Delicious coffee and food, orders are not given out quickly, but it's worth it, the food is served and the service is at a high level. We came as a group to make sketches and chat,had a nice time and are very glad that there is such a place in Minsk.

It's not just a bad coffee shop, it's a place where guests are openly disliked. I came here hoping to drink delicious coffee and relax a little, but I was faced with such indifference and unwillingness to serve that I just wanted to leave without making an order. The staff behaves as if the customers are a nuisance, violating their personal space. Questions are answered with obvious reluctance, ordering something feels like begging. They literally ignore you when you approach the counter, and only after long seconds of waiting do they deign to look at you with undisguised irritation. This is completely unacceptable for an institution that claims to be a coffee shop. I pay my money, and I expect at least minimal friendliness and professionalism. Instead, it feels like I'm completely out of place here. Apparently, they just don't like it when someone comes to them to buy something. It's a pity that such a place exists. Definitely not recommended. If you want to spend time in a pleasant atmosphere and receive high-quality service, avoid this coffee shop.

Terrible service and complete indifference to customers I am extremely disappointed to visit this coffee shop. I came here to relax, enjoy delicious coffee and spend my money with pleasure. Instead, she received a complete lack of any hospitality and a disdainful attitude from the staff. From the very beginning, there was a feeling that I was a burden here. When I went to the window to choose a dessert, the baristas rolled their eyes, as if I were bothering them with my presence. The entire order acceptance process was accompanied by demonstrative indifference. They act like they're doing me a favor, not serving a guest. It's not a place you want to go back to. I pay for the coffee and the atmosphere, but I get frowning faces and an attitude like I came to their house uninvited. I am extremely sorry for the money and time spent. A spoiled mood is guaranteed. I don't recommend it to anyone who values politeness and respect.
