I really love this chain, delicious food and drinks. But the staff leaves much to be desired. Excessively long service, I waited 50 minutes for my order, Carl...50! And with each visit, the impression only gets worse.

It's a terrible paragraph, and the manual is sloppy. How can you have such a terrible coffee shop with such a beautiful location? For two weeks or more, we have been asking the barista to inform us that there is no alternative milk available and there are often no cold seasonal drinks. The reaction from the management is 0. As there was no alternative milk, it did not appear. The baristas are amazing, but the management is not.

Terrible staff who don't know the assortment. I was discouraged from making an order when I saw how an employee took cheesecakes with his bare hands after the phone and put them in the oven.
