Terrible pizzeria. The most disgusting franchise compliance in all of Kazakhstan. They constantly arbitrarily change the ingredients of the original pizzas. Instead of chicken fillet, they now put pieces of cheap and tasteless ham of unknown origin. The whole pizza is bland - there is no salt from the word at all. Finally teach your chefs how to cook according to a recipe and fire the manager who allows all this! You're a disgrace to a good brand!

Hello! On December 19, 2025, Atyrau city, my colleagues and I purchased a certificate for your pizzeria. After that, at 17:00 on the same day, I ordered pizza through Wolt, the delivery time was 17:45. After that, at 17:40, the time increased by 18:0, and so the delivery time changed for 1.5 hours. We wrote to Wolt support telling them to prepare the order. It's okay to have a blockage in the kitchen, but how can you cook one pizza for 2.5 hours? As a result, the order was simply canceled. I demand a refund for the certificate that was purchased for 10,000. I think if you arrange such promotions and attract customers in this way, then you need to comply and be ready for a kitchen jam. The first time I ordered pizza from you, I was immediately disappointed with the irresponsibility of your own employees.
