Well done, they're trying to keep their mark. The shawarma is delicious. At the same time, it is difficult for me to give a fair assessment of all the dishes because I buy 1-2 versions of the product. There are flaws in the program on my smartphone — I have several devices and have to constantly log in because there is no possibility of a multilog. That's a minus one point. Queues are regular, as a result of high demand, and employees work really fast.

We were disappointed with the purchase of shawarma with beef. Firstly, the dish turned out to be completely tasteless: the meat was bland, almost tasteless, with no flavor or juiciness. In addition, the amount of filling is so meager that it feels like you're eating pure pita bread. The ratio of meat and vegetables is minimal, the flour component prevails. Lavash is dense and heavy, giving the impression of an unbalanced dish. There was a feeling of dissatisfaction and a desire not to return there anymore.

For the third year, I've been logging in regularly a couple of times a month. The quality suits me, the taste suits me. The meat is not overcooked. Once there was a question about the quality of raw materials, but I'll put it down to an error. One thing I don't like: when ordering online, every other time, the time frame is poorly observed - they cook randomly and often much earlier. If you specify 30 minutes, it will be cooked in 20, if you specify 45, it will be done in 30, once you put 25, and after 9, the "order is ready" arrives. This is at one specific point - on Uruchye, as in others I don't know. I understand that they will be done 3-5 minutes late, but why do it ahead of time, especially 15-20 minutes? It's annoying. To be fair, the trend has improved over the past six months.
