If you are a fast food chain restaurant, support the Brand. Today, January 15, 2026, I came for order number 52, I often buy shawarma here, but today it was a complete fiasco – the shawarma is poorly twisted, there is a lot of pita bread, there is not enough filling, but that's not the whole problem. Very cold vegetables, cold meat. The shawarma was barely chewable. I left a comment in the kitchen because I was picking up order number 58 for the office, if it turns out to be as cold as the first order, I will return everything.

The food is delicious , juicy , the kitchen is clean , the guys are trying and they are for it + but I , as a cook , did not like that when changing the position from meat to potatoes , the guy did not change his gloves and everything became greasy , hitting his finger on the table , he checked the meat with it . when I ate shawarma , the cucumbers turned out to be bitter , which spoiled the whole taste of shawarma ,and I had to get them out of the shawarma ,😭 when I went to the cashier , I told her about the problem that I needed to replace the cucumbers , and she replied , I know , she didn 't apologize , even as if it were normal , please check the ingredients better in the future 👍✌️

Plus— convenient ordering and payment via the app really speeds up the process. But the longer this place is open, the worse the kebabs get. It seems that you order different items — spicy, branded, with different sauces — but in fact everything tastes the same. There is no brightness, individuality, the feeling that you are eating the same lavash with meat and some kind of neutral sauce. If it used to be delicious and juicy, now it's just automatic food. Boring, monotonous and without a buzz. Just to satisfy hunger, but no more.
