I ordered two Doners for pickup today, and the visit left an extremely unpleasant impression. Firstly, the waiting time does not correspond to what was stated in the application: I waited much longer, although there were 2 people in the hall, and the waiting list for the order was just a couple of people. I noticed that the employees were just hanging around (someone was on the phone in a corner, someone was just doing a work appearance) instead of giving the order on time. Secondly, the weight of the finished dish is clearly less than that indicated on the menu (photo attached). For service and deception by weight — one.
