This hotel is marked incorrectly on Yandex! We spent more than an hour wandering around the mountainous terrain, until we were sent a link to Google Maps. https://maps.app.goo.gl/mn132WKT77mA2zwk6 The hotel is suitable for a one-night stay, but no more! There's no food, just a bar. There is a kitchen, there are almost no dishes, we stayed in September, it was very cold at night, to put the children to bed, we warmed up the room with what we could: a hairdryer and a kettle. The view from the balcony is beautiful, the price is above average.

We lived in season. The room stock is not new, of course, but everything is decent. Mattresses are not jelly, they are quite hard, sleep well) It takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the ski lift. You can roll back almost right to the door of the hotel) The staff is great, the food is generally some of the best in Gudauri, the bar and cocktails are also on the level.

The hotel is beautiful and modern, but the service is poor, you have to ask for everything and there are apartments that are not convenient. It's good that the hotel has a separate dining room. The staff is good, the hotel needs renovation! The atmosphere is generally cozy!
